30 Mods to Make Fallout 4 Genuinely Scary

Played with grim and whispering hills once managed to barely kill siren head, then got dragged into the grim curse and siren head spawned a massive number of minions after it died causing me to get swarmed. All of that right after i left the vault.

It needs a pyramid head wanderer with AI that is invincible

i personaly prefer to use MAIM2 as well as Hardcore health overhaul, definitely makes taking damage pretty cool

CHOCOLATE!? Just got me laughing like a mad man

The thing with the mannequins is that they're meant to passively unnerve you; not serve as the payoff to a scare. Which is why the scary faces on them don't work. A proper scary mannequins mod would just add very subtle coloration and shape around the eyes and mouth that almost look like a real person's face with the mouth and eyes covered by latex.

If you haven't played Children of UG-Qualtoth I highly recommend you do so. Easily one of the best quest mods I've played. If you love the Love Craftian vibes in Fallout 4 this is an absolute must play.

A quest mod I really like is called Path of the Psycho it’s a cool little mini quest mod and i think it’s kinda cool

Just add scary music to the game, and that'll be enough to be spooked when traveling around the wasteland alone.

Can a ps4 handle this?

Zombie Walkers mod can get crazy at times, I love it. I love just blasting them away, but it CAN get dicey when they pile up (even as shamblers), especially around settlements or cramped alleyways.

Might be nice to add flashlight mods on this. I use Pip-Boy Flashlight. It has an option to allow casting of dynamic shadows, as well as an option to offset the flashlight so you can appreciate those shadows more in FPV mode. :D

Yes. Let's remove everything about fallout 4 that makes it a vault themed post apocalyptic fps and turn it into a zombie shooter. Then we can lump it together with the other 2 dozen zombie shooters.
