The door has the key in it. It’s arranged in order from zero to 10 starting on the right going p

I sort of figured it out without the paper. Spiders have 8 legs and stuff.

I just literally sat there and tried each combo until they opened.

I solved it with trial and error

0 - demiguise - invisible
1 - unicorn - 1 horns
2 - graphorn - 2 horns
3 - runespoor - 3 heads
4 - fwooper - 4 colors
5 - quintaped - 5 legs
6 - salamander - 6 maximum hours of the creature's ability to survive out of fire
7 - unknown - mystery, no one knows what this symbol represents but it's 7
8 - acromantula - 8 eyes
9 - hydra - 9 heads

I figured this out without any hints, it seemed only logical. But it wasn't working when I tried to actually apply it so thought there must be something other to it (like multiply or something like that). So I was right, it is simple as that, but that still doesn't address my confusion why it didn't work when I applied it (hence why I searched for an explanation). Maybe that 1 puzzle was broken or I can't add basic school numbers lol

I hate my life. I figured this goddamn puzzle out but made ONE mistake. I started at 1 instead of 0.

welp, I'm just plain stupid. despite this video I can't solve a puzzle door I found, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong but then again puzzles have always been my kryptonite. Oh well, thanks for posting the video man, you did a very good job. I'm just a moron who can't solve puzzles, especially if the puzzle is related to math. It's a miracle I even graduated school to be honest.
