Who's trying to rule now 🤔 ?
ОтветитьJapanese were a cruel forces. Good lesson taught to Japan by USA.
ОтветитьIt doesn't matter how anyone who is not a part of that culture percieves the treatment of Japanese WWII veterans who survived and returned home after the war.
ОтветитьTHe imperial family escaped with all the gold which they luted from the rest of the region.
ОтветитьJapan remains a stinking global disgrace. Unkike Germany, Japan has refused to make unequivocal apology for the gratuitous inhumanity of its state-manadated perfidies, atrocities and bestialities. This many play into the hands of the Americans, who work craftily to foment inter-Asian enmity, and who did nothing during their exclusive occupation of Japan to provide comprehensive historical accounts of Japan's sub-human activity during WWII to Japanese school students, but it does little to assuage the present concerns of people living in the better democracies around the world.
ОтветитьThe major reason the bomb was dropped was because the incendiary bombing of Tokyo killed more than one million people. Tokyo was basically leveled. This just showed that the Japanese would not surrender and were too proud despite the annihilation/destruction of their main city. The bomb would kill fewer people and save more lives. The bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki killed just under 200’000 people. But it did so within a few seconds and leveling the whole cities. This was a destructive power like no other and Japan knew there was no way to defeat it.
ОтветитьI wanna know what happened to the Japanese prison guards and not the vets as they were the worst of the bunch.
ОтветитьThey should have been glad to go home, like everybody else that survived that terrible war!
At least, the vast majority of, Japanese soldiers didn't wind up in cruel Russian concentration camps like the Germans did!
the emperor did not face trial as a war criminals like hitler. yamashita, tojo etc =..he is therefore lucky (Can someone enlightened us Why?)
ОтветитьI understand that you hate Japan. But I'm Japanese, so I like Japan.
Please understand the feelings of people in their 20s who hear bad things about their country because of something that happened 80 years ago.
They got off easy.
Ответитьjuwes in control of USA have comitted these war atrocities
ОтветитьThere should be official apology offer to the inhumane war crimes Japan have committed in the past. They were no better than the nazis.
ОтветитьYou had to have lived during the war. The bomb was another weapon to end the war. Really the rifle is a weapon to end the war. Hitler would have used it had the Nazi’s been able to hold on one more year. Possibly less. Every vet I ever spoke with said yes the bomb was a good choice. I agree. The next bomb will be hard to justify. I would expect it from a unstable third world leader. 😕
ОтветитьHahahahaha .... Humans .....
No side can behave ... in a reflection
The "agressor side " ( there was always a background and reason )
And the "defending side" ,- who is often in relation to the agressor side ......
The interests of human ......
And the rarely self reflection !
It was the US occupation government that first gave the vote to Japanese women, with huge pushback from the Japanese officials, who opposed it.
ОтветитьAnd the worst part is they have a wall that honors their war criminals
ОтветитьIsn't it something, we battle Japan in WW2 and today we defend Japan from China for who hates Japan in the murder, rape and other atrocities Japan conducted. Our Allies have become our enemies, our enemies have become our allies....oh what a government we have.
ОтветитьThey treated Americans badly no sympathy for them and the Nazis
ОтветитьImagine all the abuses they made to women children in Philippines
ОтветитьBtw......most of these commentors are CLUELESS as to true American History, and the fact that we had several evil, bloodlust officers who committed heinous crimes during WW2 & in Vietnam.
Yep.....we Americans are NO better and have NO right to judge others.
The question is not about war veterans. The question is who caused all the death and destruction? It was Emperor Hirohito. He was a god to the Japanese people. They did whatever he said. He could have chosen NOT to invade his neighbors, but he did. How many American men died because of him? That is another question.
ОтветитьThey weren't treated fairly by fellow Japanese, but far too many got away with their crimes post war. In the end, were THIER captives treated fairly? Stalin knew what to do!
ОтветитьOfficer accountable the most
Ответить勝てば官軍負ければ賊軍、歴史は勝者によって書かれる。特に日本人として異論を言う事はありません。それが歴史だからです。
ОтветитьThey planned to execute all pows, refused surrender after Hiroshima, surrendered after Nagasaki.
ОтветитьTo answer the question with a question. Did the Japanese soldiers treated their enemies and prisoners humanely? Unfortunately, some in the world today conveniently and expediently choose to forget the horrors the Japanese soldiers wrought on the world, especially on the Chinese, just simply because the Japanese now bow to them whereas the Chinese refused!
ОтветитьLive by the sword, die by the sword
Ответитьthey were treated well consider how they would treat their enemies if they have won the war
ОтветитьIts a shame how the US russia and its allies treated japanese POWs inhumanely. In the other hand who instigated japan to wage war against its enemies. The same questions of today why Hamas attack israel. When somebody severely oppressed by anybody in a long period of time do you think he will just sit and let his oppressor punished continously?
ОтветитьMy second cousin died on December 25, 1941, in Hong Kong.
His body was never recovered. Winnipeg Rifles Canada.
The comments I’ve read, which effectively celebrate the treatment of the Japanese military grunts after surrender, is horrifying. What the hell is wrong with you people? You have provided story after story of the family members you’ve heard from who’ve described their awful experiences, you stand on some invisible virtue wherein you claim to be unequivocally opposed to said experiences and yet you speak of your pleasure in the knowing of additional awful experiences. Ummmmm…. Make that make sense.
Ответитьどこまでいっても祖先のやった事は敗戦国である限り罪は消えない。
中国は連合側に立って勝利したため被害者ヅラをしてられる。いつの日か中国全部を占領する。
We all know Hirohito is in on it.. but politics save his life
ОтветитьMy uncle was a enlisted in the guerrilla army during the last stages of war. He said that those japanese prisoner were still acting arrogant while in captivity. Whenever they go to the comport room they follow to punch them. But the American MP's forbids them from doin it
ОтветитьWe should have got years of labor from jap pow's and promised them release but when the time came to go home we should have put them to the sword.
ОтветитьThe one who really got off with no consequences was the Japanese Emperor.
ОтветитьAnd that war criminal devil emperor got away scot free
ОтветитьWhat with the atrocities and brutalities done to civilians and destructions on Asian Countries and Cities, they occupied, do we need to answer that question?
ОтветитьMore Pilipino people torture by the Japanese. Since World war II. even innocent people. For me its fair..
ОтветитьJapan should not involve itself to any war or military activities against other countries anymore. Especially against China or the Philippines. They'll disappear.
ОтветитьThe Japanese veterans were treated MORE than fairly by the victorious allies. More "fairly" than the way they treated prisoners of war, and beyond fair than the way they treated the Chinese, Koreans, and the Philippine population. I cannot even imagine the additional horror they would have done to humans in the pacific theater if they had won!
ОтветитьHumanity, so the atomic gift to the cruel Japanese of that time was called a new cruel weapon by the Emperor, I wonder what the Japanese call the 20 million Philippines they massacred, and the death march.
ОтветитьIn asian area, WWII was the counterattack war of colored race.
ОтветитьWhat a joke of a country Japan is. The emperor evaded all responsibility… of course he did. Only a real coward ends his life before facing the consequences like a real man.
ОтветитьThey should have atomic bombed all cities of Japan that time as revenge for their atrocities against the countries they occupied.
ОтветитьEven them, they dont have any mercy on prisoners of war.. Remember the death march in the Phil's.
ОтветитьThose barbaric Japanese soldiers were possessed by devils & demons
