Brother I just stacked a bunch of skills and I needed to hear this message to confirm some things.

I have a question that may sound dumb if anyone can answer because I’m new to web development: once you create the website what exactly are you sending the client via email? A link, files etc? And in the future the want to update the website like add a new item or small changes do they have access to that or how is that gone about after the sale?

Brad doesn't have the same anxieties that Paul has, so to assume that Brad would be sitting in the same spot as Paul if he had a boat as nice as Paul's does not seem plausible. Paul is missing money. Brad is missing courage. I would ask Brad to rent his boat to Paul and get Paul to fish the rockfish that Brad is missing out on. I'll take a finders fee.

I thought the advice on simple googling accountants near me and going to the business directory also to focus on large business high ticket high margin business and not the small margin small ticket margin was the best advice

I understand the analogy but I feel like the information needed to actually help people sell websites was unclear. In my personal experience looking for website design companies was very difficult doing things on my own and I wish there were more helpful resources and tools out there to help small business owners get all the right tools needed to make their website successful.

Find through Google search and look and budgets budgets and overhauls don't be afraid to go offshore

To sell someone at website that doesnt come with a monthly cost (shopify, wix etc.) would I have to build a site completelt from scratch or how would that work?

This is what I’ve been missing for like more than 3 years of freelancing! That’s why I depended on the ads agency getting clients and bargaining my hourly rate till I can’t afford to pay May bills. Now i feel like I can really do it by myself. Find clients and sell the bigger fish
