How to Recover water losses in cooling Tower by Using Fog collector

This my Simple Idea to Recover some of a water losses in Thermal Power Plant, the most of losses due to evaporation in cooling tower.
by using fog collector mesh can recover some of fresh water which is pre-treated and can use directly in the cooling water system again. its only an idea and i didn't test it practically.
