The DB5 and the Vanquish are my personal favourites. The former is a sleek classic car, and the latter is a sleek modern car. Both come laden with gadgets, and both are probably very fun to drive at high speeds.

I feel like any bonds actors who closely looks and portrays like The James Bond of the novel, will drive a black Aston Martin. George Lazenby, and Timothy Dalton are the prime example of that.

Ian Fleming always had James Bond drive a Bentley. The upper management of Bentley were not interested in being part of James Bond movie in 1964. David Brown the owner of Aston Martin was interested being involved with the James Bond movie when the producers of James Bond reached out to Aston Martin in 1964.

It was to the series’ detriment that they ever left Aston Martin and went with BMW. The Lotus in 1977 was great but really Bond isn’t Bond without an Aston.

OHMSS was always my favourite Bond film, and the Aston Martin DBS my favourite Bond car. I liked it so much that I bought one and ran it as my everyday car for 12 years. A "gentleman's carriage" as one commentator put it.

I saw Goldfinger, when I was 8 with My grandpa; and since that age, DB5 has been my favorite car ever

My Favourite ones are the DB5, the Volante and the DB11.

My 9 year old lad is into his cars and has been since the age of 2. He was all about Bugattis and Lambos and Ferraris - until I pointed out an Aston Martin parked in a nearby driveway here in the UK. Just the name alone is classy but then so is the badge and its history in Bond films; so I showed him the car in Goldfinger and others. He now wants a DB5 with machine guns and an ejector seat for his annoying younger sister.

Sure, u can beat a modern day Ferrari...this guy seemed to make some sense till he didn’t. Yes if you put me in the modern car and Loeb in the old Aston, yep, the db will win but is is comparing kiwi with bananas.

It's a total insult to show the Aston Martin cars in the painfully dreadfull Pierce Brosnan films , not including goldeneye, which was Brosnans ONLY good bond film
