Im am struggling my, I have only been able to get the bios key to work once and when it did to showed 2 options (f2 setup, f12 boot settings), when I clicked f12, it took a second and then just restarted again. Now I cant get the bios key to come up at all

You are not a good Teacher. All you have to do when you enter the Bios short cut key, and go to Boot Sequence, you then go to the UEFI key, then press okay, then Apply, then exit. That's all
