its just ceasar cipher with all keys. way i would use. i would not use rot13 i mean key N xD
i would change key every letter. same grid can replace t rings with alphabets. just turn inner ring KEY under A and thats that same thing xD

Increase security by using key word that has non repeating letters that is the same length as plaintext.
