I think its a better than good enough i would say solid at its best, good bang for buck even 2023

i want one so bad, i tried VR a few years ago and i didn´t want to stop playing, it was so cool

It's real fun not going to lie i can use one because my brother bought it and it's good yeah the lack of resolution is apparent but it's good enough for what it is yeah like reading stuff... Well you can forget that really but you can get close and does clear up I've done that and it worked like on resident evil 7 like on the map part and objective portion. My eyes are also garbage too so that is something to note too probably is that too lol. The versatility of the PS4 is astounding even it came out like in what in.... 2012???????????????? I don't remember stuff is still coming out for it and still looks great good on the PS4 too

actually, playing in a dark room is bad for the light tracking, because the light spill gets too much for the camera and the tracking gets wobbly. In my experience, dim lighting always gets the best results.

I just got a PSVR V2 to play on PS5 for £125 ($170 US) .
There is a metric ton of games, and you would be shocked how good it is and how beautiful some games are. There are also a lot of setup things that few people do, such as mounting the camera up high and pointing down, play in dim but not no light (too bright and it can't track, and crucially TOO DARK and the spill from the lights kills tracking accuracy, so DO NOT play in the complete dark). And those dim lights in the room should ideally be green, so if you have philips hue lights it's pretty easy.
If you do these things there is NO JITTER, and you can get all the way down on the floor.

For 145€ included a game and pscamera is ok. 400 dollars is too much

PSVR has limitations but let’s face facts - we are at the birth of VR & the PlayStation option is a perfect intro to this revolution - go for it, you will NOT regret getting g PSVR even this late in the PS4’s lifecycle.

Since I bought the PSVR I dont regret anything. Theres lots of fun, complete games right now and it is gonna be compatible with PS5 !

If you have a PS4 and a good gaming pc, either

- Buy budget VR for PS4
or
- Buy Oculus Rift S

The reason I'm saying "budget VR" is because the PS4 VR is selling for about 300 dollars right now, but if you want better performance and have an extra 100 bucks definitely buy Oculus Rift S, it's worth it

I have both the Quest and PSVR and find myself coming back to the PSVR as it’s just so much more comfortable for longer play sessions

RE7 was my first foray into genuine VR, and it blew my mind. Excited for the future of vr in general now.

Had to sell mine couldnt play anything for more than 10 mins without wanting to be sick even in the passenger seat of a car i cant look at my phone while driving as makes me want to be sick now ffs haha

False, if you play in a all in dark room it has light bleeding to ur shirt or othe assecories. So the tracking jitters

I dont think its the lights. I think its the shiny-ness of the paint behind the player.

I recently picked up a full set of one of these including the motion controllers for $230 on eBay.

nah... display has too low of a resolution, personally causes me nausea, so I don't like it...
maybe oculus or vive have better displays but idk, this one is not worth the money trust me
