Mine gave my positive in like 30seconds
ОтветитьHello, thank you for providing such a great explanation video about how antigen rapid tests work. Because of that, may I ask you would it be okay if I take a few screenshots of this video as to use them when I explain about lateral flow essay?
ОтветитьCan you imagine natural selection somehow preventing the COVID virus from sticking to the primary antibodies in these tests?
ОтветитьAll BS 😂
ОтветитьHello, i am doing an assay of point of care tests and was just wondering which surface marker of the virus does the first line of antibodies bind to
ОтветитьThank you 👍
ОтветитьStill don’t understand when binding means and I gold is important
ОтветитьSo what's the function of second line..
Ответитьthis test is so genius
ОтветитьQuestion: What if you put in blood as a sample instead?
ОтветитьWhat if it takes longer than 15 minutes to form the second line, is the result still positive?
ОтветитьYou are perfect thanks 😊
ОтветитьHow one line color but another line is blur what it's that mean?
ОтветитьHow do you explain weak lines

I got red line C but mass of red smudge @ T 🤔
ОтветитьWhat is the C line is dark and the T line has a faint pink line, like mine does right now?
ОтветитьAmazing job.
ОтветитьAny particular reason it’s called the antigen test and not the virus test?
ОтветитьAre you positive if there’s a line when the open the test up?
ОтветитьWhat happened when I got 3 lines on mine 😳
ОтветитьThanks, quick and clear!
ОтветитьFantastic explanation! I absolutely adore this
ОтветитьClear explanation. Thank you!
ОтветитьHi, i just did my rat test, and is result the test line is dark and visible but the c line is visible but not dark.
What is it mean
Hi, this is a brilliant video. What software did you use to produce it?
ОтветитьI very much appreciated this simple explanation, as well as your interaction with viewers questions. From a COVID patient, thank you!
ОтветитьThis was the best explanation I’ve seen. Thanks!
ОтветитьThe rapid test is 50 percent accurate at best
ОтветитьAmazing explanation thank you! Yours combined with Wired's, clears it all up
Ответитьwhy do we need to wait 15 minutes for results even if the control line is visible?
ОтветитьBusiness.
ОтветитьThank you! for explaining this to me in how it works it was a great help.
ОтветитьHow does an invalid result work? T line but no C line
ОтветитьOk but how do you get the sample on? You spit on it?
ОтветитьWhat if it show 2 lines but one is faded
ОтветитьHi Henrik, I got tested positive today. There were instant 2 lines, I redid and they are the same. I’m also having covid symptoms. Do you think an ordinary cold can come out positive on the test results?
ОтветитьNo one talks abt this anymore...they are now talking abt nuclear test!! Stuvi
ОтветитьMy son's name is Henrik as well
ОтветитьHey, thanks for the info., I actually wanted to ask that I did a rapid test yesterday, it came out as (non infective)...I don't know if that means positive or negative, Please tell me what does it mean?
ОтветитьCan it distinguish between SARS-CoV-2 antigens and other common human coronavirus antigens?
ОтветитьVery informative, thank you for the information
ОтветитьI tested today, It shows red on C line after few seconds It said negative for some times. And then after few min, the very faint T line appear slowly. And it is showing positive. Why does the C line appear red for the first and T line appear after few minutes?
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your video, God bless.
ОтветитьAnd where is graphine oxide? On the tip of the swab..or??
ОтветитьThanks heaps for this post. Helps me to clear doubts about whether I didnt wait long enough or had missed it.
ОтветитьGreat vid. My only question is why do we need a secondary antibody line aka control line if the primary immobile antibody is enough to indicate the presence of the viral protein?
Ответить
