Waymo robotaxis (Google) are already on the road. Tesla is late to the game.
ОтветитьComing out of facing alot, I knew two things about the stock market: It caused the Great Depression, and the fastest way to make a million on the markets was to start with two million. And then the Great Recession happened only a few years later. So yeah, I wish someone had better explained it to me earlier in life. Having a good entry and exit strategy will make you succeed in the stock market.
ОтветитьWhy In hell would anyone listen to Cathie Wood??? Do you see what she is doing on a daily basis? It's literally insane ..
In the music business people would call her a one hit wonder..
Steven is spot on. Insurance is huge and is just one aspect of the story.
ОтветитьTasha said she sees a future where people all choose to give up their personal vehicles for the robo taxi. In June, on a conference video on YT, a subordinate / coworker analyst brought in the idea that in the US a lot of people may want to keep their vehicle as part of their identity, such as brand loyal or personal style association.
She cut him off and he was removed from the video conversation. He was right though. A lot of people, even over the next five years, will not give up their personal vehicles to join the collective.
People also will not necessarily buy or lease a Tesla and give it over to be used as a robo taxi.
And a lot of people will not move to cities and use robo taxis.
Tasha is a gifted analyst but I could tell she is from an affluent background and is out of touch with the way most people live.
Therefore, Tasha’s team does hyper bull on Tesla stock, unrealistically. If anyone expresses other outcomes, they are excluded from the video.
Bull case should be more like 5 years $400 plus per share and not $2600 per share. So even if Tesla license their software, $1200 would be the bull.
Optimus won’t play into the mix until well beyond 2030 as a competitor in the robot market.
Comment for the algo
ОтветитьI am not sure why you guys don't talk GME. The premiums are the highest on the market for the small price of the shares. You guys are nuts. lol
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks man.
ОтветитьI find it funny that Steve, who clearly has a very high opinion of his own intelligence, can’t fathom how a market (TAM) expands when prices drop, is super amusing. Listen, Steve, if fares decrease due to the absence of a human driver, the market grows that's basic Economics 101. The graph of the current market size of the Taxi market is just so dumb beyond belief.
ОтветитьI love hearing Steve out but I wish more emphasis would be placed on their car business and the rest is just experimental. Energy should be important as well
ОтветитьThis is the video I’ve been waiting for!
ОтветитьSteve, come down to earth 😂😂😂
Do you even know that Tesla bot is technologically not solved? Do you know that it's much bigger technological problm than Robotaxi?
And you are already counting cashflows?
That's why you are just FLYING in dreams
People do sell boxes at auction sites all the time. A booster box that is 10+ years old is prob goes for at least 10k min
ОтветитьIn the service industry. I'll buy robot helpers.
ОтветитьAppreciate the editing and the chapters callout
ОтветитьSteve looks such a conservative guy..in reality, he has pink wings and flys in 9th clouds 😂
ОтветитьI've never agreed robotaxi will make the money they claim.
Not through the ride hailing anyhow. How are they supposed to sell an electric car to the world with autonomous driving and then expect everyone to pay to hail a robotaxi ... All these people will summon their own vehicle. When a car can drive itself why wouldn't you arrange for it to pick you up after a night out and your mates while you are at it.
I can't see it. I only use a taxi when I've gone out for the night and am drinking alcohol. When my car can be summoned to pick me up why would I pay someone else.
I get people may choose not to own a car at all but most people want a car for many reasons. There will be some money in it but I don't think it will be massive.
I'm much much more interested in Optimus I completely agree with Steve here... Optimus is where the real money is.
Robotaxi ... Yeah I can see more money in licensing the FSD
Is Steve's wife Kathy Woods??? Rainbows and cotton candy Optimus and robotaxies take over the world
ОтветитьHey Tannor, I would love to get more informations on covered calls in Canada. Which brokerage offers it and what are the rules with regards to TFSA and RRSP. Probably not possible in those since that would be to good, but we never know.
ОтветитьSteve is brilliant and I wish we saw more of him. I actually think a lot of white collar jobs are easier to automate than blue collar jobs. Blue collar jobs often involve complex physical movement or mechanical operation. White collar jobs mostly involve software. I bet accountancy could be automated quicker than most professions.
ОтветитьI think people are way over estimating the future capabilities of AI and robots. People will still have a role in making everyday mundane task run smoothly, in my opinion.
ОтветитьI don’t agree with Steve on everything but I love his investing mentality. You can tell he puts in the work and never gets too high or too low on a position. Thanks Steve!
