Maybe this version of Captain price is a nephew of the original Captain price. Truly living up to his uncles military legacy. Maybe it’s set after the original Russian and western euro-American war from the second and third modern warfare games caused by Makarov. Makes sense that they want to avoid such open warfare and kept warfare discreet.
