I love your cooking, bro. I am on a low-carb diet, so I use Coco Aminos as a substitute to soy sauce. And since all soy produce all over the world are GMOs. I have allergies to soy and other GMO products like corn. Can you please prepare a seafood donburi using Coco Aminos next time? I had katsu donburi the other night. I’ll try making it myself from now on. Well, this version anyway. I did that with okonomiyaki (sp) when I couldn’t find a restaurant that made it.

That looks amazingly delicious, Oyakodon is one of my favorite foods to make... then again, Donburi as a whole is awesome... If you ever make breaded pork cutlets... MAKE EXTRA (I know I KNOW.... it's hard to make extra with food that good), as the next day you can make Katsudon... which is basically this, but substitute sliced cutlets for the chicken....
