Google Looker Studio Tutorial 2023

Hi there! maybe you can help me with this situation. I have problems with the data sources. I have a report for company A that pulls data from their Analytics account and a googlesheet for company-A. Today, I have "made a copy" this report (using that feature) to make a similar for company B but with the data of company B (of course ;) using a different analytics and a different googlesheet. The problem that I have now is that the report A is using the data sources of company B. Have you had this problem? How do I "unlink" this situation so they are independent regarless of the changes I do in each of them? Or how should I do this duplication process correctly? I hope my explanation was clear. thanks in advance!

How to control the report access? Let us say that there are 20K employees and around 5K supervisors and 1K Managers etc and each has to view the data according to their role
