iOS 12 Beta 4 - What's New?

I have 7+ should i update to beta 4
I know beta 5 hade Bern release but when I downloaded the profile it’s just coming beta 4. Plz someone can answer fast before I do it..

I have the iPhone X and got the ios12 beta. It works just fine for me. Some issues came up but they easily went away after a reset. I would recommend it😀

Just updated my iPad Air 2 to iOS 12 public beta..... Wow what a difference. Animations are no longer stuttery, apps open much quicker, the keyboard doesn’t lag behind and comes up straight away, pretty much everything Apple said they had improved for older devices couldn’t be more true from what I’m currently experiencing on my iPad Air 2! This is the first time EVER that a beta iOS software has been considerably more stable than a public release

can the iphone SE able to get ios 12?

Hi Aaron, I installed the latest beta of ios 12 and when I ran a geekbench test it gave me really strange results in the multicore score at around 9500 or something. I do have to say that I dont see any difference when it comes to performance but I still wonder why that score is too low. My phone is iphone10/X

can't update ios 12 beta 4 with itunes 12.8, itunes say "you must update to new version of itunes to update ios 12" :(

My iphone x with dev beta 4, the screen wont turn on when i enter cinema, it happened twice in different cinema, right after i enter the studio the screen won’t turn on but the sound is still there. The next day i went to other cinema the same thing happened right after i enter the studio and it goes back to normal after i exit the studio. Is anyone else experiencing this?

They also fixed a bug where Apple watch wasn't syncing contacts from IPhone aswell

The music shuffle bug is gone but replaced with another. Eventually the songs start playing in order by artist instead of shuffling.

Is it safe to install Public Beta 3? I’m kinda tempting to install it but I’m worried that my phone will get bricked.

Battery life is worse than B3, and way worse than 11.4/11.4.1... performance is good. Battery just sucks... using it on my iPhone X daily driver

What about Battery improvement? It drained my Iphone 6+ faster than the IOS 11.3. How is this new update? Ios 12 beta 2 drained batttery fast and had some lag

In Cellular data It’s not in order by most used you freaking idiot it’s an order by what consumes the most data to the least data different apps use different amounts of data input has nothing to do with most used has to do with most use data to least used data. For having a tech channel you think you would know this.

I found sort of an exploit (I guess) on iOS 12 public beta 1. If you have a locked note with a word in it and someone were to take your phone and look up in spotlight search the word that's in the locked note, they can then see what's in there without unlocking the note. Not sure if this is on purpose or not and also not sure if it's on other betas

The resizing on the iPad isn't new, just the icon changed from (1x) and (2x).

My iPhone 6s boots 10 seconds faster on Beta 4 compare to Beta 3 from 25 seconds to 15 seconds. WOW <3
