Raiden makoto (Raiden Ei's Older Sister) was the first electro archon/previous electro archon she died during khaenria'h vs celestia war and when the time Raiden Ei (Raiden Makoto's Younger Sister) arrive at the war the only thing she heard was her Sister's Dying breath. Eventually Raiden Makoto found a way to talk to Ei and asked her to Rule Inazuma. Now, Raiden Ei/Raiden Shogun is now ruling Inazuma

And yes Guuji Yae/Yae Miko said that previous shogun (Raiden Makoto) and current shogun (Raiden Ei) both won the archon war together, Raiden makoto was the previous archon and Raiden ei being her kagemusha (I don't know what kagemusha means probably like an assistant to Raiden makoto since ei was her sister).

Lets all be clear that archon war and khaenriah vs celestia war is different.

There might not be 8 existing nations in genshin (7+khanrreah) playable but there might me 9-10 playable in future becoz in the archon quest trailer they blurred the quest no. Of khanrreah so they are not dumb to blur it cuz they know that we r not fools so it is only my theory that after cryo quest there will ne a nation of Aether element, space element as per the current data the aether element refers to the home world of travellers , maybe he will go back with the help of all sevens or lumine will send his so that he could not interrupt her plans and about the space it is related to khanrreah somehow so if khanrreah is space there might be also 2 nations that will be light and dark which are hidden by the celestia becoz the people there are the one who made celestia or they are superior than celestia therefore celestia cant control them.... And in the mean time there might be some small archons who somehow survived without getting noticed in archon war they might be the stone and metal archon or elemental archon(who can control all chemical elements)

makoto and.ei won the.archon war 2000 yrs ago,, and then 500 yrs ago makoto went alone on khanria wars and.died.. her.twin sister.Ei was.left behind inazuma.. so 1500yrs difference.on both wars

to clear things in inazuma , the first electro archon is makoto , twin sister of Ei ,they won the archon war "together" probably Ei won the war since of these 2 sister she was the fighter while makoto is more diplomatic (makoto died in the kahenrian war)

I don't think Drcarabian used fear to rule old Mondstadt. As i understand what happened, Decarabian and Andrius were under war. Thr latter used snow storms to cover the land around Mondstadt. To protect the people following him, Decarabian created a dome of wind around Old Mondstadt. After some time, the poeple wanted to go out but Decarabian forbade it. This caused peoole to think he's a tyrant whereas he wasn't. He thinks what he's doing is right but he didn't know the people were suffering. For me it's more of the god not reslly understanding the need of his people rather than a tyranical rule. But i know in the descriptions of Decarabian slates it kinda goes to the latter version.
