Also I think as with any disease keeping your your pH level and your body at the proper level will clear up anything any disease it will heal everything. So a suggestion for that is to try taking moringa powder and I think you can also put Moringa powder topically it probably on your feet as well and that would help too. But it's wonderful and it's so good for you. You know levels out your blood sugar, your blood pressure, everything it helps with weight loss, chronic pain, all the disease that cures 350 diseases. I have used a few of the products you suggested and you have suggested some stellar products. This is absolutely the best video I have seen regarding these subjects. And I absolutely love that you suggested super glue. I use it all the time. I use it on my cuticles when they get little cuts on them and they sting so bad. If you use super glue, it gives enough of a protection on it that that stinging goes away and it can heal. Super glue is awesome! Once in a while it will sting a little bit when you first put it on but after that it goes away and it works wonderfully. Thank you so much for this video and you're adorable! Smelly shoes? I use selfmade spray with teetreeoil(few drops) and 1/3 vinegar/watermix. I spray my sneakers with them overnight before wash. Using vinegar in washing maschine.(3 tablespoons) baking soda in leathershoes. That really takes stink off. Insoles needs to change off too, that means you dont need to throw whole shoes off. Nonpoisonic for kid and animal houses.(My grandmom was naturalhealer and midwife back in the days, some herbs works really well in footcare. I take birch leaves and dry them. I wipe my feets with vinegar. It solves bacterial issues. I use vinegar and salt in my feetbaths.

I'm barefoot 90% of the time and wear arch supportive sandals a lot. I inherited my mom's dry cracked heels and have had huge bleeding fissures in the past, along with horrible blisters underneath the calloused cracked skin (thanks theme parks). I've used so many items &products over so many years. A Microplane grater( Like Ped-egg but bigger) followed by sandpaper-like foot file/smoother, plus KERASAL has changed my life. Kerasal really works! Also, no stinky feet here, but LUME works on other body parts!

I've had stinky feet most of my life, mostly due to either in sweating in my shoes or my feet get cold and then get warm and get a cold sweat going on. I've done most of these things in the vid and comments. I've done antifungal cream in my feet, deodorant on my feet, wash my feet everyday after I take my shoes off, baking soda in my shoes, etc.... So for the past 3 yrs I've been doing Lysol antibacterial spray in my shoes after I take them off, not a lot of spray to wear it puddles in the shoe, but enough to get the soul and surrounding area. If it is real bad I will also spray them in the morning before I put them on. After a couple of days the smell goes away and then don't have to spray them for a while. I only spray them when they start to get stinky. Thanks for the video.

I had a problem with toe nail fungus, not bad but bad enough for me. I tried all kinds of creams and even Vick Vapor Run witch my primary care doctor recommended as well as an Infectious Disease doctor friend of mine. What I found that worked for be the best, was applying Hand Sanitizer on my toes at least three times day and changing my socks each time. The fungus is gone.

you can easily get rid of your yellowing toenaiuls just soak them in water and when you take a shower scrub your toenails with a toothbrush, not the one you brush your teeth with, to remove all the skin or whatever debri is on them. But I cant seem to get rid of cracked heels. I think they may be from because I twisted my angles when I was a teenager and ever since then they develop like a deep blister and as I have gotten older cracks starting to form, so maybe My Heel bone isnt straight anymore

For footwear deodorizing.
You can used boric acid powder, sold in the insecticide department. Apply some in the shoe.
You can also use ozone generator, the type for vehicle deodorizing. Open the shoe, pull out the inserts and place them in a large bag with the ozone generator for 20-30 min.

I am 35 and I have had toenail fungus for over a year & a half now. It's spread from my middle toe to my 2 big toes too. I've done as my podiatrist recommends which is laser, daily topical application, and am on my 2nd dose of Terbinafine. Nothing works!! If I ever get it to go away I am never getting a pedicure again.

Thank you for this great information. I used to be a runner and I believe I injured a couple of toes from hitting against my sneaker. I even used to get a half size bigger. Now those two toes look horrible I can’t even cut them correctly because I hit the quick and really hurts. They are also very thick and a bit discolored. Any suggestions ?

FYI - Thyroid - Hypothyroidism: Thank you for this video! All the comments show what a struggle so many of us have with our feet and deciphering the cause. I’d like to add that after years of being bounced between referrals to dermatologists & podiatrists, my issues cleared up only after I started thyroid medication. Up to that point I suffered from extremely dry skin, rapid callousing, peeling flare-ups, keratin build-up and lifting toenails, all of which never responded to years of creams, essential oils, steroids, etc. I tried every remedy under the sun and own every electric and non-electric callous device. My symptoms did not include itching or odor issues. I’d honestly given up and was thankful my partner doesn’t have a foot fetish. 😅 After treating my thyroid, all the skin on my feet improved, as well as all of my nails and hair. I hope this helps others who may be dealing with the same issue. Please consider getting your labs done and research the new “normal” ranges for thyroid. Re bloodwork …stop taking biotin supplement a couple weeks before testing. Good luck friends!

I mhaving problems with fungus in my big toe nail and a friend recommended me this video… i was expecting a very “Dr. scholl”(boy) look like dr. called Sam… not this “Miss Univese-Top model” Dr. (girl) .
