(Unity) Setting up a FBX

Can you explain how you can set up clothing as toggle that also move with the blendshapes to the body?

Would it be possible to have an updated video on how to set up a FBX in VCC?

the vrcsdk i imported didnt have examples ect and my unity dosent have animator tab please help what do i do?
