And if you have a VPN server on your own, you are screwed, if it doesnt support IKEv2/IPsec. I was hoping for a fix on the phone itself and stick to the same VPN server, you just tell to find another vpn provider.

The annoying part is it doesn't show the God Damn Encryption algorithm which is how I came across this video. I'm setting up a mobile VPN on my PFsense and I can't connect and the logs attempt but then say there is no supported encryption algorithm found. It's absolutely insane that the Galaxy doesn't give you options for the algorithm you want to use, or at the least tell you what one is required.
