Hi Brad and Bob, I love your channel and I hope you can help, I'm a pretty miserable runner right now :(
Ive been running trouble free for a few years but recently upped my mileage. In the last month or so I have been getting (referred?) pains in my neck, shoulder and down forearm and sometimes even into hand. Ive tried massage, massage guns and a few limited stretches. I have read that its poor form due to fatigue and likely chin leading me forwards but wonder if you could please take a moment to advise if this sounds right, and any stetches you may have to stretch/loosen the area.

Having a really bad upper mid back spasm or something today. Thought it was a heart attack it was so bad because it’s right behind my sternum. The stretch on the wall really really helped. I couldn’t believe it. Lol freaking crazy. It still hurts a little bit, but it is unbelievable how much it helped. I could barely move before I did the stretch. Now I’m going on with my day.

I'm excited to try these exercises. I had a ping pong ball sized tumor removed from T4 in July. I recovered nicely and quickly, but my mobility is trash now. I've always played aggressive softball 3 days a week and for the life of me, can't move well enough to pick it back up.

That's a great one that should be done WITH a doctor doing rib and vertebrae mobilizations at the same time to double the force! My ribs are bowed up into a kyphosis along with vertabrae the same but not as bowed because those have been worked alot harder from my chiropractor but the bowed out ribs I definitely needed the one your showing but I also needed the force of someone pushing down on my ribs and vertabrae because of how rigid stuff was after 32 of them being like that putting my into a kyphosis because of the postures THAT GREW that way in my childhood and the ligaments and paraspinals became very rigid.. So I absolutely needed the extra force because doing it on my own was doing absolutely Nothing!! Please learn from my experience and on all your patients have the patient get in that position and do mobilizations on them at the same time! It's a lot more effective that way. I'm very smart in ways, one reason is because I have Autism so I think of many details no chiropractor or any Doctor thinks of.. doctors need to learn from me on multiple ways. Having suffered and getting better from my conditions despite doctors crappy knowledge never taking the time or checking things out close enough over the years makes me the best doctor out there. ONE WHO ACTUALLY SUFFERS THRU RARE THINGS but the doctors who worked on me didn't. So because I suffer all these things and had to be my own doctor that would make me better than any doctor out there if I did go to school and became any doctor.

I’ve always had the WORST upper back and shoulder flexibility and since working out more it’s only got worse... desperately trying to up my stretching game so thanks for this! Was lowkey astounded as to how much flexibility Brad had in the twisting stretch! I was more like Bob and I’m 20, that’s kinda embarrassing

My name is Yasir, nowadays I feel back pain in the thoracic region. And I don't feel this pain all day long, And at night I get a good night's sleep. But in the last hours of the night, I suddenly start having back pain. In which the intensity of pain is very high. The severe pain lasts for an hour. And after that, he recovers itself. I don't understand how the whole day goes by comfortably but how pain starts at night.

I suggest that you both wear light-coloured shirts. It is very hard to see what's actually happening with your spine and shoulder blades when you wear dark shirts. A colour contrast can be very helpful visually.
