hi I have logged into my trezor wallet and I cannot see my crypto

So you managed to get your bitcoin in this video from your supplier free ? I ask as you dont show or explain which fiat account from your bank is debited ( converted into bitcoin that you load onto your trezor ) ?!

My Trezor says my wallet is hidden but I never set a passphrase and it doesn't ask me for a passphrase. And I can still send and receive. Is this just a bug?

I recently got a trezor wallet, but it does not work properly. every single action showed in this video take 5-10min to communicate between my PC and the trezor wallet. Im guessing this is not normal behaviour?

the Trezor Model T packaging does not have a seal, its over the connector :) I just needed to check on the trezor website as my model came without one

Are there negatives to using the website suite over the desktop app? I don't have a new enough computer for the app.

Just to let you know following your discount link the price just jumps up once on there official page. Further more once changed to UK it jumps again. It's put me right off. Just finished setting up my Trezor Model T , just finished transferring my crypto from my old cold wallet to my new model T. A few days later all my crypto gone via an unauthorized transaction. My seed words were in a safe I had not set up a password yet. Trezor says they feel bad for my 21,000 Canadian dollar loss.

Delivery issues and bad customer service
I made an online purchase of the Trezor Model T wallet on November 15, and within a week I did not receive any information about the delivery. It was about delivery from the Czech Republic to Belgium, such small parcels usually reach within a few days. After my contact on November 25 with the support service (Ticket ID: 154075) I received a response with an offer to wait 21 days when Trezor finally admitted that the goods were lost and offered a replacement, which I confirmed in the hope of still getting the wallet.

Another week passed and again the same situation, I did not receive any information about the delivery of the goods, nor a response from the customer support service. Nothing like this happened with the Ledger wallet, which came after ordering a few days later. Trezor should overhaul its delivery and customer service operations or sell the business to someone who can do it better.

Update on the 21st of December. Trezor has not sent the wallet, has not replied to emails, and has not refunded the purchase. With such an inattentive attitude towards customers who pay them and remain completely dissatisfied, I tend to think that Trezor will cease its activity in the crypto wallet market in the near future.

It would be helpful if you could do a tutorial on how to send coins like HBAR, AVAX, and DOT to Trezor!

It might be useful reminding people that cryptocurrency is not actually stored on the hard wallet but is stored on the blockchain and your private key unlocks the use of the crypto coins/tokens.
