Two questions: 1) could a future video address customer service issues - in our experience, its sadly rare to plan a trip that doesn't cause months of customer service wrangling to deal with problems that occurred with a car rental, hotel charge, etc., and 2) we chose Chase Saph Reserve for the travel insurance, e.g. emergency evacuation - we would learn from thoughts on comparing cards for travel protection benefits, any thoughts on that topic?

Hello, my name is Robbie and due to injuries I have sustained over the years I have been forced to retire. I am a 53 yo Canadian. I have $20,000 in savings, $80,000 in investments and I own my condo.
I can receive rent from the condo ($3000/mth) if I move abroad. I am a Mexican resident (cheap) with an undeveloped block of land on the Baja, although I don't speak Spanish... Yet..., and I was born in Australia (expensive). So these are also options for me.

Your story sounds awesome, how did you go about communicating with people abroad if you don’t speak the language? That’s what really scares my wife. We’re 48 and planning to retire at 52.
