Seems like a cool enough dude but using tweezers for Tortelloni is deeply clownish.
ОтветитьThat’s a LOT of truffle!!! You should definitely be charging more!
ОтветитьMy wife went to cali for business trip paid by our company after it was done they went for some food a expensive restaurant she gotten seafood pasta and she said it was disgusting it cost $34...she said the pasta i made tasted so much better
ОтветитьWhatever this food costs is illustrated in the work it takes preparing it...this is cooking, cooking.
ОтветитьNice work
ОтветитьVery informative
ОтветитьWow. Amazing
ОтветитьNice one

Ответитьdish looks delicious ...hard work done by chef

ОтветитьWhats tony doing there😂
ОтветитьI was considering getting into culinary....call me crazy...I've been a stone mason for 20 years..this man's passion just made up my mind...just an unconditional love and passion for food ... incredible
ОтветитьCouldn’t they offer a less expensive one without the truffles. Id love to try this stuff. But tbh I don’t even like the taste of truffles. I’d still pay a lot, but I wouldn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for truffles added to it.
ОтветитьIm surprised Adrian Monk(Tony Shaloub) didnt separate his food 😅😂...
ОтветитьPeople don't deserve you're food.
ОтветитьNow that's the kind of man who makes you wanna say, "Si, Chef!" ;)
ОтветитьI wanna see more of him. Ever since I became gluten intolerant my passion for making pasta dissapeard. But seeing him doin what he does makes me wanna work on getting a good "senza glutine" pasta. But it's really hard.
ОтветитьThe chef on the West Coast using a mattarello Stefano is referring to I'm sure is Evan Funke. I'm fascinated watching these guys make pasta from scratch, so much passion and creativity hopefully get to visit his restaurant one day
Ответить$28 for one ravioli is just way too much! He is like we put a lot of stuff
ОтветитьI'm so glad I found this channel. I get caught up in every story wishing each one had their own show
ОтветитьIf the customer doesn't like it, it doesn't matter what expensive ingredients were used. It still isn't worth 20 dollars.
ОтветитьI understand his passion for cooking great pasta but selling a dish for 40 bucks just because of some truffles is kinda a scam
ОтветитьSo did one grown adult man spoon feed another grown adult man? ....uhhh ok. That raviolo was 28 bucks!? Even in Italy it wouldn’t cost that much, should be 24 bucks, absolute tops. Small annoying kitchen, low ceiling with pipes, crammed in etc.... So he not making the money he needs because he has the investor in.
ОтветитьThere's two guys on the west coast
ОтветитьHe also works on the radio
ОтветитьYeah, you have to take care on the little things! The giant crab is a bit different, he waits patiently. So first let the steamer cool off while going 3 meters behind, not too fast, to get this old bastard... and he won't moan just a tiny bit. He knows everything is for the restaurants good reputation. And he doesn't like it too hot in the first place anyway. He prefers the loooong and hard death, at least it is over.
Thank you humans...
Now that's a man passionate about his craft.
ОтветитьLove the first ravioli that San Domenico created.
Ответитьyou are living my dreams man.
ОтветитьIt drives me nuts when people mistake Received Total Wideband Power for Received Signal Strength Indicator...I mean arrrrg!!
ОтветитьSO CRINGE, ITALIA!?!? Just say italy jesus, even people from Itally don't say Italia lmfao....
ОтветитьI cant stand the way he says the Italian words lol. So cringe.
ОтветитьLooks like Shalhoub was wearing a 10 crab leather jacket...probably cost him $5k at a swanky, NYC haberdashery
ОтветитьI've lost count of how many times I've watched this particular episode. His ethos and passion are simply next level. A true legend!
ОтветитьIf people don’t realize how much goes into your food you are wasting ingredients or over complicating recipes
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьRwao
ОтветитьNot all Yelpers are created equal, lol.
ОтветитьUmm, isn't the Invester the guy from Men in Black, Tony Shalhoub, who kept getting his head shot off by Tommy Lee Jones?
ОтветитьThe food looks amazing for sure. The chef also looks amazing..Wow what a beautiful man !
Ответить"Okay yeah" 🥱
ОтветитьMAKE MORE WITH HIM PLZ🙏🏻
