HOW CAN WE ADD REFERENCES IN VISUAL STUIDIO 2022

I am using visual studio 2022 community. the reference manager does not shows up, instead I get 'add reference' menu and it does not have browse =/

dang they renamed it? bruh took me 1 hour man

I'm able to read the whole and see the services but when I click ok I get nonspecific error "unable to locate path" and add service reference fails. I'm fucking tired of Microsoft' s shitty ide and its less than helpful error reporting
