How to Create Subscribe Button For Your Blog In Blogger

What is the theme you are using

You make this look so easy but none of the Blogger gadgets currently have the same titles or layouts and for someone like me who struggles at times with technical things I easily get lost and after many tries cannot get a subscription form on my Blogger Blog. Can you do an Update? with all the tech companies constantly updating and making changes it is hard to follow when something is over a year or so old.
