Transforming Text Modules into Unique Person Descriptions on Hover with Divi

It doesn't work for me. My text module has two formats, H1 and H3. They do not appear together but one at a time when the mouse pointer is precisely above. It is as if the Hover does not work for the entire text module zone. For example, if I am at the top of the text zone , no text will appear because the text is rather towards the bottom of the area.

Do you have an explanation?
