Love this! Little tip, for a bigger behind, fold it so that you'll have slightly more fabric in the back. Also can do that for a high/low skirt. Love your channel.

Complete beginner here I still don’t get the whole “flip the elastic” it all happened too fast lol I don’t get which side to attach where.

5" is the radius, thus the diameter would be 10". (Radius is the distance from the center of the circle to any point on the circle. Diameter is the distance across the whole circle through the center point.

I've done this before, and I'd just like to add that when you're picking a tablecloth, you probably want to consider the weight of the table cloth. My first one, I used a fairly thick embroidered table cloth, and it was a bit much for the elastic. (Which you could correct by using wider/heavier duty elastic, but I also don't like the feel of a heavy skirt and it's a lot of fabric!) But I LOVE how flowy a shirt like this is!
