Dr Newt getting controlled by the Kaiju after consecutive neural drift plus the infected Jaegers were nice but the movie was badly written and executed.

1st film was stupid and childish.... but was really cool. It appealed to everyone's inner 10yr old. 2nd film was just terrible, I think I lasted less than 30mins

This is one of the first movies I can recall where they give superpowers to undeserving children. Don’t know why the company didn’t have a child army, plot armor would’ve rendered them invulnerable

if the film simply focused on this concept, it could have been so amazing

I watched this movie when it appeared on TV, i was probably in my late 11's at the time, and honestly, i liked it. I didn't care about the plot, but liked the combat scenes, even if they we're obviously rigged.

the should have kept same concept as i first movie..... uprising sucked

I'm disappointed that pacific rim 3 is never going to happen like ever which I don't know why there's never going to be another sequel after pacific rim uprising didn't do so well at the movie theatres which I say pacific rim uprising did good and I am so very lucky that I went to see it five years ago in Orlando. so there should be a sequel to the next pacific rim because even though it didn't do well at least the movie gave it all it got and it was good for me.

Only thing I liked about this movie is the obnoxious Chinese general getting killed😂
