ОтветитьI discovered the effortless way to fix a bad posture, you can be on the phone and maintain the position for hours if needed. It's so good that I feel like I'd make money with it if I wanted to.
ОтветитьJeremy your height
ОтветитьI am going to start doing this today
ОтветитьJ'essaie
ОтветитьIs it possible to have depression/anxiety and have good posture? Or is this simply not possible
ОтветитьA healthy lifestyle is something you refine over time – not overnight
ОтветитьI don't have a foam roller. What should I do?
ОтветитьGreat info 👍
ОтветитьPerfect 👍 finally a clear and precise routine.
ОтветитьThis video doesn't address actual muscles who's job is to stabilise and extend the spine like multifidus and extensor spinae. While these exercises are good i doubt they will fix the posture
Ответить❤

ОтветитьBadly broke my neck in a motorcycle accident. Terrible problems with pain and posture since. Tanks so much for the help. Love your videos!
ОтветитьSo I have a question regarding the foam roller exercises. I get dizzy and hear a "whooshing" sound in my head around the third rep of the head cradle portion. Pretty sure this is blood pressure related however I would like some insight into what could be causing this and how I stop this from happening.
Ответитьi can barely get my elbows past 90 degrees on the wall slides 💀
ОтветитьIs it normal to feel pain in your lats from wall slides. I started these 3 days ago and just wanted to know if I’m doing something wrong
ОтветитьExcellent efforts and Excellent Video 👍👍👍
ОтветитьYo estoy a un nivel tan jodido, que ningún ejercicio del video puedo realizar XD
ОтветитьPero yo no puedo realizar ningún ejercicio del video :(
ОтветитьA lot of people with kyphosis, cannot keep their head touching the back of the wall while keeping the chin level with the floor, they have to adjust their stand by bringing their feet very far away from the wall, so they can manage to keep their low back close to the wall, and try to keep their chin parallel to the floor at the same time.
ОтветитьThank you for this video!!
Praise God!!

Love it!
ОтветитьI don't have a hunchback but I surely would like to develop the flexibility to do the shoulder dislocation both for flexibility & it looks like a very good one for health by opening up the chest, stretching the shoulder girdle, stimulating the entire back!🥸
ОтветитьGreat advise and teaching points that I can use immediately.. thanks so much Jeremy👍
