Cooking smart
ОтветитьCan’t wait to try this recipe Dani! Thank you😊
Ответить❤Tanks for you
ОтветитьI'm scratching my head asking how does a person make a "HEALTHY" recipe using a cancer causing skillet (proven non-stick surface skillet you're using in this recipe) to cook in? There are now so many safe and healthy cooking pans on the market now you can use, Dani😩
ОтветитьThanks Dani
ОтветитьLove this! Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to try it.
ОтветитьIve got to make this!!!❤❤❤
ОтветитьTy for the Awesome recipes. :)
ОтветитьOh no! I just got home from the market😮 I did purchase ground turkey though. It's refreshing to see you using the vitamix. I use mine as well I prefer to use it over the bullet🤫
ОтветитьLove!! Thank you for this wonderful meal to try! 😊
ОтветитьLove your current book! Will you come up with a high protein recipe book? 😃
ОтветитьOooooo that sounds yummy!!!!!!
ОтветитьCan you think of a way to make this so that it has lower sodium?
Ответить❤
ОтветитьLooks delicious!! Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьCan this be frozen?
ОтветитьThanks so much!! Can you make this in an instant pot and if so how long should I set the time for? ❤
ОтветитьWhere is the recipe
ОтветитьI’ve been your friend on Facebook for many years. And I’ve never been more angry or disgusted at you for sexist exclusionary language like you used in your first minute. Why in God‘s name would you want to exclude men from improving their lives. You should be ashamed Of yourself. Unsubscribing and defriending. How would you heal a better a man saying he wanted to talk to only men or improve only men? My point. I will cut my losses
ОтветитьI love the colourpop lippies!!!! Another Round is a beautiful peachy nude💕
ОтветитьPlease create a video for a vegetarian on how to get 100 grams of protein a day.
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing! Easy and delicious! Thanks.
ОтветитьThis looks delish!
ОтветитьThis looks delicious, I will be trying this next week!
ОтветитьThat looks delicious. Thanks for sharing all these high protein ideas! They have really helped with my lean muscle gaining journey :) Also, your nail polish color is so beautiful! Gotta ask- What are you wearing?
ОтветитьYum
ОтветитьCan you make the sauce without any meat or poultry?
ОтветитьJust made this! Very tasty! I used ground chicken and Banza cavatappi chickpea pasta. ❤
ОтветитьNo shade here....but It came out that Raos sauce has really bad oil in it. Not actual olive oil. I follow flavcity and he found this out! Just fyi❤
ОтветитьVery very tasty 🤤🤤🤤🤤❤
ОтветитьI've made a similar version but the sauce breaks. Tips?
ОтветитьThis sounds delicious! I have everything I need and will be making it this week. QUESTION: you mention good for meal prep. How much in advance can I make the sauce? Thank you for all your wonderful recipes.
ОтветитьIf you add a couple tablespoons of water to the sautéed onion and cover it you steam sauté the onion. It cooks faster than sautéing alone.
ОтветитьAwesome video.... with the cottage cheese i blended kale and spinach....turned a funky green but worked out...thank you
ОтветитьTried this recipe today. I followed the direction exactly. It was spot on and delicious. Thank you, this was a high protein healthy meal that will be a weekend special for me and my family. 💕
ОтветитьI just made this tonight. I made my own marinara sauce from scratch and I added grated carrots and diced celery to the onions and used ground beef instead of ground turkey. It came out delicious!!
ОтветитьI can't wait to try this! Thank you!
ОтветитьBaked salmon with this would make it protein packed
ОтветитьGood culture whole milk is amazing. Targets brand good and gather 4% is next best. Then Lucerne from acme. Then Hood whole milk then breakstones. Ive found the rest watery or too whipped, taste is just blah. Im always looking for the next best. Good culture is my fav right nkw.
ОтветитьI made this tonight! Delicious!!
ОтветитьMade this tonight with ground chicken and no onion (didn’t have any in the pantry) and it was incredible!! Definitely added to the weeknight rotation ❤
ОтветитьI made this last nite amd it was absolutely delishus! TYSM❤
ОтветитьSounds absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for sharing and I look forward to making it.
ОтветитьAbout The Official Bolognese Recipe. Bolognese originated from Bologna, the capital city of the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. What some people don’t realize is that Bolognese is a meat sauce – not a TOMATO-based or tomato sauce. Since Pellegrino Artusi first published his recipe for Ragù alla Bolognese in 1891, there have been very few changes to the original list of simple ingredients: Beef, pork (pancetta or bacon), onions, carrots, celery, milk, broth, a bit of tomato paste, a little wine, salt and pepper.
As the official Bolognese recipe below specifies, authentic Bolognese is primarily a meat sauce that contains very little tomato, and there isn’t any garlic, no oregano, no basil, no parsley, no bay leaves, no rosemary, thyme or sage, no anchovies, no fennel or star anise, no lemon zest, no cinnamon or nutmeg, no sugar, no peppers, no chili sauce or hot pepper flakes – none of the myriad ingredients that many people might use in their bolognese recipes today. A good Bolognese sauce also only takes a few hours to make
Concentrato di pomodoro. 'Stratto, as it's called in Sicily, is tomato paste
Bolognese is a meat sauce – not a TOMATO-based or tomato sauce.
I just made this since I’m trying to eat healthier and lose weight and the deliciousness surprised me! Definitely making again in the future! Thank you for this recipe!
Ответитьlove this recipe❤🎉😊
ОтветитьTurkey is higher in fat and additives than lean beef. Won't need all the ingredients if you use lean beef and vegetables! Keep it simple!
ОтветитьLooks yummy
ОтветитьHello Dani. I love your recipes and have done a couple myself. They are yum! However, I have a doubt about this one. I can't work out how this recipe has 192 cal per serving. I calculated the calories of this recipe WITHOUT parmesan cheese and with FAT-FREE cottage cheese, and each serving (out of six) has 258 cal. I used Rao's and extra lean ground turkey. I did not count the pasta. Would you be so kind to let me know how you count the calories of your receipes, please? Do you count every single ingredient? There must be something I am missing. Thank you.
