It's the end of an agricultural era. Texas sugarcane is no more. For over 50 years the sweet crop has been grown in the Rio Grande Valley. But due to water shortages, the state's one and only sugar mill has shuddered its doors. All because Mexico will not give the United States the water it is owed.
