Best Way To Play Genshin Impact

My favorite way to play is on my laptop with a controller tbh. When I play normally my face is too close to the screen. I do this automatically. I do use a stand to improve the height of the laptop screen, so it is more ergonomical (you have to get used to it though). I've played with the keyboard most of the time but now I have the controller and dont want to go back. I even bought a second screen today, to use with genshin. This way I can search up guides or look at drop locations without having to alt tab all the time. Really convenient. The second screen and laptop combi are both portable enough to put them downstairs and play while I sit with family as well. It's just not mobile enough to play when I'm gone though, but usually then I don't play genshin or quickly do dailies on low specs on my mobile. A controller also made the way for me to put my laptop on my lap in bed if I really want to play like that.

Also, In genshin's natural setup for the xbox controller, I can just use the left button on the back to aim, and and my right one to fire. It is doable to aim this way with the right analog stick.

Did you used chromakey for that effect, or real screen?

I've been a mobile player for 2 years. I'd want to upgrade but idk if to get a tablet or pc and I've been looking at reviews but can't decide. A tablet would be easier to take since it's not that heavy while a laptop would need it's own backpack. At graphic laptop seem to be better than android, and it may not get as hot. It's just hard to decide since they're all expensive. Could anyone tell me pros and cons for laptop and tabs? Much appreciate!

I have a gaming laptop right next to me on my table it can run genshin at 1080p 60 fps highest settings
But i prefer 30 fps on mobile cause i like lying on my bed lol 😂

I sadly can't for the life of me play games on a keyboard, even when I tried it felt clunky. I prefer controllers all the way, but my laptop is not strong to run Genshin (I think?) so I'm stuck playing it on my tablet

Here’s the thing they updated the game to change keybinds and you can make aiming with L2 and you can hold L2 to gain its power and POW shot taken

i'd have to completely disagree... lol mobile is definitely a win in my opinion... the pc controls are SO clunky lmao i hate playing on pc... even with a controller. i'm planning on fixing my sony xperia so i can play genshin smoothly..

why dont you use l2 - r2 to aim?? its much easy

Im a ps4 Controller player

You can aim by presing L2 on the ps4 controler

for controller using ganyu's:
change normal attack to R1 and instead sprint to circle if you use ps4 controller.. takes some time to get used to it (especially for other chars) but if you do so you can cancel all your shots with ganyu for the highest dmg output and it's smooth to use without using your hand in such a strange way.
P.S.: aiming mode (default L2) + auto attack and still holding L2 is bad for ganyu (takes longer to load your shot again). try only using normal attack (R1 in my case) by holding it and releasing it in the right moment (never touch L2) and then repeat the process. if done correctly you feel the difference in terms of attack speed.

That ps4 controller is on crack. The directional pad and shapes buttons have swapped places.
