How to fix if the sequential signal light does not turn off even if the car’s signal light is deactivated and does not switch back to white?

Did you have any trouble closing the hood after you install? That’s the problem that it’s giving me right now.

Me again...I have another comment. I just installed my LED light strip and connected it with the fuse tap (add-a-fuse) to the same fuse you did (number 15, TRLR PRK LAMP), but found out the LED light strip did not turn on with the ignition during the day when the daytime running lights are on. The light strip only turns on when the headlights turn on. Does your LED light strip do the same thing? The light strip works perfectly in my darkened shop with the headlights on, but as soon as I move my truck out into the sun, the daytime running lights turn on and both the headlights and the light strip turn off. I would like to have the light strip turn on anytime I turn the key to "on".

Question: Now that you've had this light strip on your truck for a year, is it still working with the same fuse 15 (trailer park lamps) with a 20A fuse? I read several reviews of people who stated the lights worked for only a few weeks to a few months then no longer turned on. I'm just wondering if people are hooking them up to fuses with too high amperage, it's frying their lights. I'd appreciate your feedback.

The fuse you tapped into.. will the light strip turn on when the pickup turns on the low beams at night and turn off when the daylight sensor senses daylight? Just ordered one for my 2017 Silverado💪🏼

What is that red tape left on the top of it? Can it be removed?

So my light works but any fuse I tap into it disables what I choose. Example I did my fog lights and the light works but my dogs don’t? Same with parking lights and others. Any suggestions?

You used the 20A parking lamp fuse. What amp fuse did you use for the light strip?

Would it work on fog light ?

This is a scam. The fb ad shows the light scan from side to side when you start the car but in reality it’s just a plane white LED strip that all lights up solid. What a jip!

Which setting is that??? I’ve gone through them all and can’t find where it splits in the middle.

Hey so I don't know if you're Silverado Has this or not, but I have a 2016 Sierra and when I lift my hood I have a piece of rubber weather stripping that runs just behind the Chrome grill. Does your truck have this as well or is your weather stripping installed on the hood. I just want to make sure because I only have one shot at this and I want to get it right the 1st time.

If so, I'm guessing that I will have to install it on top of the rubber weather stripping because if I install it behind it it would just cover the light up.

I just ordered one of these but I have a 2016 GMC Sierra and I have rubber weatherstriping that runs along the same area on top of that plastic piece just behind the Chrome grill. Not sure if I should just try to stick it on top of that rubber weatherstrip or not.

Did you ground the black at all or just use the sleeve to run the red wire to the fuse?

Wish I knew more about cars but since I don't going to ask what might seems like basic questions. What piggy back did you get for the fuse box? I see lots of options on Amazon. Also do I need any extra wiring to splice them together?

Looking to get this for an Accord...I'm probably not understanding this because it's not in front of my face, but how on earth do you close the hood with this LED strip - did you remove the weather strip and/or engine plastics around that front area? Or does it just magically close with no problems. Also when you pop the hood, can you still easily get your fingers under there for the latch?
