This is interesting, because in psychology class we were trained to use positive phrasing, but you are telling me to use negative phrasing because you expects a no, is it before it is a negotiation and the mentality is expected to be confrontational?

On the number 7. "how are you?" I usually say " do you really want to know or are you just being polite"? It is funny how people freeze or some answer "well half and half" and to that I answer, you cant really be half, either you really want to know or you are just being polite, it cant be half just like you cant be half pregnant..... It is funny to see the reactions.
