COMMUNITY QUESTION: What's the biggest change we should make to PVP in the upcoming Seasons?

I'm just waiting Cross-server Rated Arena, Then I start playing again, I like pvp but it's rewardless, I need some kind of rating to make it competitive for me :)

Finally, man! So exciting to hear. I was waiting for Cross OPR to drop so that I could go back to the game and play pvp!

Another Problem with OPR is it takes too long. Games should be at most 30 minutes

opr is complete dog shit with balance and the fact that games end before u can get 3k points for full credit is pretty bad considering u cant do shit compared to the imbalance, u guys need to make changes to fix it

so in general there is no new pvp mode or/and maps incoming? but there is new dungeon few times a year? cross-opr isn't enough

First think you should do some gear balance when it comes to pvp, dont make us grind 1000+hours of stupid pve content to get a pvp gear. Easy fix for you guys cuz u lost AF - copy WoW system cuz yours is disaster. :*

Buff my account so I can best everyone at pvp. Not doing so is unfair to me

Increase TTK across the board. No body should be getting 1-2 shot.

Improve hitreg. Landing attacks means squat if they don register.

Get rig of dodge spam.

Get rid of all grit except 300 con.

Fix tracking and hitboxes on all weapons.

Learn to balance OPR. How is this not a thing?

OPR is trash. Too many players! A large number of players never make a good pvp fight... zergs are boring and brainless. Far too easy for light armor players to run on the larger maps and far too much healing in the game. The whole mode just ends up as detonate zerg. Add a 10v10 or 8v8 mode. More changes for light armor. Limit potion spam. Make detonate do self damage.

Open world PVP should have more changes. For a game that was initially designed to be an open world PvP game.. there isn't too much there.. it's great you've got this territory thing happening but... You have factions in this game you should start doing faction quests that actively make people want to get involved and try their hand at open world PvP and combat other players and defend their faction towns. Apart from war instances.

How about a new OPR map and different OPR game modes. OH wow, cross server, and leaderboards. more of the same shit.

Great, another ranged nerf. Every patch is the same thing. The game is dying and they think the most played class in the game for new players needs to be nerfed. Now melees will dominate even MORE the leaderboards by standing more in the flags, AND ranged will do less damage to gates. Cmon, why you guys dont make a pre-requisite for OPR's that is: melee weapons only.

A bigger pool of players for PvP is always a good thing. I still won't play the game until something is done about the terrible RNG, like GS's rolling with int and perks that have nothing to do with the weapon (I want multiple deterministic ways to gear up, crafting, drops, pvp, pve etc) and umbral shards being more readily available in game modes other than M10's. Also bane/ward requirements kill my desire to do expeditions.

PLEASE ADD PRACTICE WARS! IF YOURE NOT GONNA MAKE A MODE FOR IT, ADD IT TO THE INVASION ROTATION. Practice war > invasion > territory war

The first thing you have to do is make ONLY PVP SERVERS, at least 1 per region. Why you dont do it? You are literally loosing money

We want a real Ranking System for Arena. Like in WoW at WOTLK times! Will we see a real Ranking System on Arena and OPR later?

The PVP Combat System is the best in MMORPG so much Potential!

I think every player, no matter which level he/she has, should have a somewhat realistisc chance to beat another player. Like, if I attack someone and I am lvl 40 and he/she is lvl 60, I should still have somewhat of a chance to kill him/her.

Question: would you ever normalize stats on gear and weapons to make instances pvp more about skill than gear? Potentially picking a role and stats and gear assigned to that role?

Arena maps alternating every two weeks is a really bad decision. We want more content with variety and not just predictable maps every TWO WEEKS. Please don't even consider this for the new OPR map, if it comes out.

Use ettenmoors (lotro) as example. One of the best pvp maps for pve and pvp players.

Any chance you guys intend to ban blatant cheaters? Or is it simply because there are too many and you are too afraid of losing 10% of your playerbase? Same with bots?

How about addressing REAL issues that are plaguing this game? You have not fixed massive housing bugs in 16 months. You are not banning extremely obvious cheaters (even when video evidence has been given to you) and the same goes for bots. In fact, on my server in the top 7 for fishing leaderboards, I know for a fact 3 of them are bots.

I cant take you guys seriously anymore. You lack of responsibility in fixing what has already been paid for is disgusting.

As shitty as the game can be sometimes and as much crap as they get, I fully respect the devs for their continued work on the game and for Amazon for not pulling the plug.

I would like to see 10 vs 10 or 5 vs 5 game modes where strategy, skill and coordination are the most important, for example capture the flag, fortress assaults, escort and defend moving target.

The biggest change that I want is better 3v3 rewards. I only play 3v3 and I don’t get the free chests and stuff that opr gets. Kind of unfair. Also, gear should scale to 625 now. I don’t want to farm expertise and then umbra just to play pvp.

This game needs a 3 faction war open world map to hop in 24/7. Factions feels useless without this.

2 weeks between 3v3 map rotation seems a little too long in my opinion. A weekly rotation would be much better in my opinion
