I have a camera that says it's IPX7 ? so X means there is no data about the dust but at the same time ,7 means is can be immersed for 1 mtr for 30 mins? is that right?

I bought a Klien flashlight with an ip66 rating. The 66 from what I gather the first number is dust the second number is water? Please explain ip66
