Modifying a Collection - Webflow CMS tutorial

I want to change a field in multiple items, not just archive them...

How can we reorder the records in a CMS so that we can choose what to show at top on a page? This is really important and extremely practical.

Most of the people watching this will be newbies, learners and have rudimentary understanding of this functionality and the terms used to describe it, let alone Webflow itself, and with that in mind this video, and the others in this series, go way too fast through the information.

How can the items in the CMS Collection be rearranged?

Do you have to be hosting/publishing the website in order to make the individual changes? I have a project with the free membership and it's not hosted, but I don't have the collection broken down into different columns.
