Day 1 - Felt very good about today.
Weight - 150.6 Ib
Day 2 - was a little sore after yesterday, but i pushed through and finished it

Day 3 - took it slow today, but i completed it. sore, but have been drinking lots of water!

Okay first day im trying this out and im a girl, 168cm tall and weigh around 55kg-56kg, i will also cut out sugar and processed food for a week to help the results i will be updating! Im doing this to lose weight and get toned i hope this workout helps!
I will be doing two of Roberta's workouts this one and her 1000calorie workout!
The goal i always use and think about when the workouts get too hard is "dont give up" and "this is when most people give up and fail, so you better keep going"
Day 1) Today i woke up weighing around 55,3 kg, Lets start! (today i only did this exercise)
How the Workout went: The warm up really made my bones crackle, actually quite relieving! The workout really made me feel the burn and left me sweated up but it feels so good afterwards and you will need a cold relaxing shower after the workout too! The workout was the hardest from after the warm-up until ten minutes into the video at that time i needed a little longer rest time, after that it wasn't the hardest to deal with and i could go through it!
Day 2) Today i weighed 54.9kg and today i chose to be doing Roberta's 1000 calorie workout instead (i may have accidentally eaten a snickers...opps!), okay so the time is now 20.56 and i will only be doing the 1000 calorie burn exercise for today and shuffle it like that from day to day!
How the Workout went: 25 minutes in and still didn't sweat as much as yesterday? My brain was like huuuuh??? But when i came to the forward jump it kicked after it i needed to breaaaaathhh.....But still not as much sweat as yesterday (More sweat=More fat burnt) 42 minutes in and im sweatyyyyy, dripping down my forehead and armpits even hands and fingers, even red sweaty cheeks, YES! OKAY all the jumping really took me out of breath and i kinda like it! I feel so hot in my face after and somehow my stomach is cold? It's always like that, is it a problem in me i dont know but the workout really feels like it has made me HEAT UP and SWEAT! The workout had booty plump exercises too for people interested in that! This time all sweets WILL be cut! See you tomorrow!

ОтветитьIts is currently 1am and this is my first day of doing this and im going to try to do this everyday around night when my parents are asleep, im also going to try to do a diet so i wont eat after 9 bc i do sleep at like 1-2 am and i cant eat for a long period of time unless i am busy which most days im not. And i will try to just eat very little snacks less sugar and carbs. Starting weight: 209 pounds, height:5’6!

Thanks! as an 11 year old. Ik im not supposed to be her because of my age. But my mind is well beyond my years. Im prettay insecure about my body so i had to do this everyday. Thanks tho!! Everyday from now on i will do this.

Ответитьive been doing this for some time! not everyday, i do some sports sometimes. This has worked quite a bit! Im overweight and i was around 73 kg before this, now Im doing to 71/72 kg! I would've lost a lot more if I stayed away from junkfood though- This is a great exercise routine!
ОтветитьSo I started doing this workout in June, I didn't do this workout on daily basis... I did this workout for hardly 10 days of June with diet meals too and I lost 5kgs... I know this is not so much because I did 3,4 cheat meals too :D but now I will do this workout regularly in the month of July... Moreover I am trying to manage my calories too... so I hope I will lose more weight in July :') Thankyou for this workout !!!
