Nice easy recipe , but honey u definitely forgot the egg I the ricotta, 1 egg to every pound of ricotta, u r not italian. 😂

Made this for the first time. The layers came out good but i did four strips in between instead of 3. I do think the meat on the bottom is a plus. The highlight of the dish was actually the ricotta mixture. I love how all the ingredients came together. I personally didnt put enough meat sauce on the top so my edges got crispy so i do think people should add drizzles of olive oil on the edges and monitor the oven to avoid this issue

Delicious recipe. don't use cheap Ricotta. Made that mistake and the food was still delicious. lol Egg in the ricotta did help!

I use cottage cheese instead of Ricotta, and add spinach (frozen, leaf, whatever). Cut it into sections and freeze. Feeds you for a week. Leftovesr that gets better with each day and keeps really well in the freezer. Nuke it for a fast, easy cheesy, meal all week long.

It is funny because I literally watched this just to see how she makes her lasagna and she uses the exact same brand of ingredients I use, except for all of the cheeses, I can't handle that much cheese! 😆I was surprised at the Rao sauce because not too many people know about it or maybe they don't want to pay $12 a jar, especially during these tomes of inflation. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
