He didn’t pay attention to his surroundings, those lifts have to stay a certain amount of feet away from power lines depending on the voltage in the lines. He would do anything to feed his family, well I guess paying attention to the rules would have helped you to feed them. I have no problem calling people out, he can pay attention to other drivers on the road, he can pay attention to the safety manual and placard on those lifts as well. Those power lines are not hard to miss, I guess he was too busy thinking about his next smoke break.
