Taipei children's choir chosen to perform at NHK's Festival for Cultural Exchange

The Culture Center of Japanese broadcaster NHK is hosting the Festival for Cultural Exchange for the first time in Taiwan. The event hopes to promote greater cultural understanding between Japan and Taiwan. And one of the special performances will include a locally famous children's choir. Dressed in conspicuous yellow and green uniforms, this group is Taipei''s Zhongshan Presbyterian Church Youth Choir. They have been invited to NHK's Culture Center to participate in a special program designed to highlight cultural exchange. This children's choir that is performing was founded nearly 30 years ago, and they are able to sing songs in Mandarin, Taiwanese, English, and Latin.
