Turns out his plan was to string viewers along until the last useless rubbish season
Ответить"And the bear that Tormund f*cked"
How does that play into anything?
Too bad at the time it was popular to “subvert expectations” (aka do random bullshit) so basically Jon did nothing of importance and it was more unexpected and there “cool” to have Arya kill the night king out of nowhere.
Ответить"All crows are liars" - Old Nan to Bran after he had the flying dream.
ОтветитьI still dont get how the bear tormund fucked fits into the story
ОтветитьThis guy is basically the Madara of Song of Fire and Ice
ОтветитьIt is known how Martin likes to play with the idea of villains and heroes, making symbols of heroism corrupt and "evil" like the kingsguard, and making things associated to evil be heroic and good like witches/sorcerers that are the only ones who know about the white walkers. I think despite his villainous appearence, Bloodraven is trying to save the world
ОтветитьDarnaris could be the one the sword needs to be quenched in
ОтветитьI know that I read ASOIAF, but I do not remember so much of what you mention.. Is it possible that there are other versions out there?
ОтветитьI have an old, ugly, tattoo and been looking for some way to cover it. Almost 50 and I got it when I was 18. Crooked, faded. My brother gave me an enamel pin with the 3 Eyed Raven and I JUST thought to myself, that would cover it up plus, one of my favorite characters/Bloodraven. Then pin looks like the raven in show. It's a head with 3 eyes. Wish I could send a picture
ОтветитьBloodraven is the coolest character in the whole Blackfyre plot
ОтветитьI like to believe that, after learning about Aegon's Song of Ice and Fire and the Long Night Prophecy, in an attempt of stopping it he awakened the powers of Euron (or of someone who took up his body), and started a chain of events that will end up in Euron (the Bloodstone Emperor incarnation) starting the Long Night he tried to avoid in the first place. So, his plan for Bran and John is actually a desperate attempt, guided by guilt, to stop the apocalipse he started.
ОтветитьHe’s definitely evil.
ОтветитьIf I was George Martin and saw all of your videos as well as fan theories, (that are probably right) I would be hesitant to finish the series, too. Seriously, the last two books have to be insanely good or else it would be very disappointing. Maybe even more so then the show. I guess, this is one of the worst shortcomings of taking a lot of time between the books. Fans just figure out everything by themselves
ОтветитьWhen Euron gazed into the abyss, the abyss gazed back.
ОтветитьBrynden and Bran are very Atreides in their conception, they act as bridges between Time and Space, sacrifice their Humanity in the process, many of their actions are alright evil, but their mindset isn't. The fact that Brynden's dad was the Vladimir Harkkonen of Westeros kinda reinforce that theme.
Ответитьthis sounds like a full fledged documentary, excellent world building
ОтветитьThe show really ruined the premise of the book, nothing makes sense in the show and there more plot holes than there are good shows in the world.
ОтветитьI wonder if anyone will be able to skin change into a dragon?
ОтветитьSo Jon snow is the kwisatz haderach?
ОтветитьI think Mormont is still in his raven.
"All Mormonts are skin changers."
Brynden Rivers being Tormund's bear lover.... Best theory ever
Ответитьgot got fucked by humpty dumpties writing skills
ОтветитьSo, is Bran going to be the Leto II of Westeros? The God Emperor of the Seven Kingdoms?
Ответить“The ends justify the means”…
But there is no end. There is no end of history, and no “happily ever after”. And so if we do horrible things in the name of good results, those results will always be soured when we do horrible things for the next good result.
The backstory has elements of Elric
ОтветитьHow in the HELL did you put all this together? Amazing.. Euron in the books: A mad God-wannabeEuron in the series: A fuqboi.
ОтветитьBran's chapter where he sees the dead dreamers and the horrors of the far north is so excellent I can only imagine what resides up there
ОтветитьWent out for a ciggy, huh? 😂
ОтветитьSo euron Greyjoy in the books is basically a more sinister version of Jack Horner
ОтветитьGreat video. The depth and detail of this world is incredible.
ОтветитьMore like Brynden using Bran so he can sit as king of the Seven....Six Kingdoms
ОтветитьI believe the 3 eyed Raven in the show says he's 1,000 years old. Idk why they change stuff.
ОтветитьI love this theory , even more because of the fact that It isnt real 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьHere to rewatch all of it again. That's top level content and Alt is a goddayum legend ❤
ОтветитьBran had to fly to awaken his powers according to the 3 eyed raven, so he flew down from the tower and it all begins.
Ответитьwhatever happened to the wizard that ate that eunuchs nuts? the one trapped in a box????
ОтветитьTurning Westeros into such a police state was bad but creating essentially an army of medieval spec-ops snipers is crazy cool.
I've no doubt Fireball's death was a deliberate assassination by one of the Raven's Teeth.
Feed so bad for Bloodraven. He spent so long teaching Bran to fly, when all he needed to do was teach Arya to jump.
Ответитьlove that one frame of the Master as a child very cool
ОтветитьBrynden "Bloodraven" Rivers is like the Odin of this world. Thank you for making this video!
ОтветитьIs it just me, or does Jon have quite a few possible flimsy symbolic parallels to Bloodraven? (Before he became a tree wizard I mean). Ok, so Jon’s Direwolf is Ghost, an albino, and Bloodraven is albino. If R+L=J, Jon has Targaryen blood but has been raised a bastard, and Bloodraven is a Targaryen bastard. They both wield Valyrian steel swords and both eventually become Lord Commanders of The Night’s Watch. Bloodraven’s sigil was a white dragon on black, and Jon is a member of the Night’s Watch who dress in all black and he’s probably going to end up resurrected as a fire wight which might give him white hair like we saw with Stoneheart, making him sort of a “white dragon” in the figurative sense that Targaryens call themselves dragons a lot. Or he could end up bonding with Viserion, who is a creamy-white dragon. They both also have First Men blood and have connections to all that fun magic stuff like warging. Idk if that would actually amount to anything plot related as idk if those two will ever actually meet but in terms of symbolic imagery and stuff there seem to be a few tiny similarities I guess 🤷♀️
ОтветитьThe house of the dragon confirm that every King dream of a propercy
Ответитьhundred years ago he was born, and he said to bran that he wait for him for 1000 years... how? why?
ОтветитьWhat the show misses is the emphasis on the magical.
ОтветитьThese fan theories are way more entertaining then season 8...
ОтветитьQuiath is one of the most bizarre and theorized about characters dude. My favorite theory is that she's one of the Targaryen princesses lesbian lover from a couple hundred years ago. I forgot which princess, but she wanted to travel the world on her dragon or something so she did and her lover, on ship, either soon followed her or went to search for her after she had not heard from her. I'm pretty sure she never found her, and at some point stole a clutch of 3 dragon eggs from the Targaryens and went somewhere super super far east and stayed there. She used magic to keep herself alive long enough for Illyrio to purchase the now petrified eggs and give them to Dany, he said he got them from somewhere very far east or some shit. She then checks on Dany and speaks to Jorah in Qarth, either having lived there after stealing the eggs or knowing that they would be there with the dragons or something. She wears the mask to conceal her identity and to hide the possible age on her face, or like this video said it's just a less convenient version of Melissandras choker. It's a cool theory and I did not do it justice but I think LuficerMeansLightbringer has a video talking about it. yea.
ОтветитьSo, Bloodraven is, probably, a greenseer (I don't think it's confirmed as Bloodraven=three-eyed crow isn't confirmed) but he is also a Targaryen.
Does this mean that a dragon-dreamer is the same as a greenseer? Or am I misunderstanding?
