Hello mister andy@andyshhq!very nice compilation of all that detail.👏👏👏
With sticky greetings from good ol'germany. Christian
THANKS, Andy, for going to all the trouble to let all of us modellers who can't get to those fabulous shows see the great(and sometimes even jaw-dropping) levels of craftsmanship; the obvious investment of many extra hours of work -- and energy - that goes into these Works of ART.
These are truly labors of love, and it's really too bad that there's not a professional-grade cameraman, with state-of-the-art video equipment, following you around the hall recording the event(for FREE; may as well wish BIG) for all of us modellers stuck at home in our dungeons. Good job, and Thanks again!
all those DONT TOUCH THE MODELS SIGNS! REALLY ! IS THERE ANY DOLT OUT THERE WHO TOUCHES THIS STUFF? OH WELL DON'T ANSWER i know there are dolts out there dim enough to touch and break stuff!
ОтветитьExcellent...Thanks for Sharing 🎉
ОтветитьLindo demais perfeito 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 parabéns 😍😍😍🇧🇷❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯
ОтветитьClockwork Orange👍🏻
ОтветитьWOW! Think of all the hard work that went into building these precise, beautiful models. Thanks for this very interesting video!
ОтветитьThanks for an awesome video.
I don’t have the skills to build models like that, but would love to have some nice dioramas on my bookshelf. I’m assuming those models aren’t for sale, right?
Are there venues or marketplaces where builders sell their dioramas?
I live in Florida.
Amazing collection…hardly noticed any Russian modern fighters nor civilian airliners!
ОтветитьIs this open to the public? And how did you get in there by yourself? For those of you who were interested in the B-17 and gas station. There’s a great article about how he got the plane. And transported it back home. I read it years ago. I would imagine it’s on the internet somewhere. Worth the search. A typical story of a man from that era.
ОтветитьNice to see a couple of Kotare Spitfires in there. So many amazing models to look at. Great to see that modelling is alive and well in the USA.
ОтветитьThese folks take modeling serious
ОтветитьVery inspiring!
ОтветитьSuperbe salon De magnifiques pièces ...Merci ...
ОтветитьBackground music for the large section of WWII German armor should have been "Panzerlied".
ОтветитьBlows me away that 'Do Not Touch Models' signs are generously posted, if one is old enough to read, they should be old enough to know NOT TO TOUCH.
ОтветитьBellissimo
ОтветитьUnbelievable
ОтветитьGreat video.... I had to miss this year(again) and not sure I will make it to Madison next year.
I'm quite impressed with the quality of the models, especially the helicopters and the WW
I aircraft vignettes... Great builds...
Now I know why I can't buy paint for my models.😢
ОтветитьAmazing!! Words here cant really describe ❤💜💜
ОтветитьOdd choice of music to accompany pictures of war machines
ОтветитьBuy and use a mic, bro....
ОтветитьThe diorama of the gas station with the B-17 on it is being installed at the hangar where that B-17 is being restored this weekend 8/19/23.
ОтветитьGreat job, thank you very much.
ОтветитьGreat video, fantastic models on display and BEAUTIFUL MUSIC.
ОтветитьNo one did a B-58?
ОтветитьTrue works of art here.
ОтветитьHow can someone possible judge all that?
ОтветитьGreat video but would've liked to see more of the automotive entries. Several of our Houston Automotive Modelers Society members were there and entered their models. Two of them were picked by FineScale Modeler magazine to be photographed for their article.
Ответитьso eventually models like these will be outside of someone's collection - where can I find them to buy ?
(eBay rarely has such quality)
I just want to know who the heck has the freaking time to make any of these freaking models. And I'm being nice. This makes me mad in more ways than it should. None of these models are cheap. And I'm pretty sure most of these are hard to find. I used to "build" models when i was a kid, but the detail in all of these just blow my mind. This makes me not want to get back into it anymore.
ОтветитьI Am Not Worthy! But I'm getting there.
ОтветитьHey, their is one model with Belgian markings (I am Belgian) on a French Farman. Brussels, where I live, hosts the European Union which official anthem is… Beethoven 9th symphony’s « Ode to Joy » (l’hymne à la joie) playing in the background. Something for everyone to be happy! Belgian F-104 also (Tiger scheme)
ОтветитьIt's astonishing that Beethoven composed the 9th so that the musical ascent synchronised with the 1/16 Tiger I's coming into view. Ja!
Ответитьthe b17 bomber on the gas station was a real thing located in Milwaukie, OR
Ответитьthank goodness historically accurate swastikas are present on the luftwaffe models.
ОтветитьNext time, still photos please. Video is just to blurry and it's hard to enjoy any one subject.
ОтветитьHowly moly. How many hours of tedious labor were invested in these models ?? Amazing stuff, that needs to be inspected closely to be fully apprecated.
ОтветитьCould do without the music. Had to mute to watch.
ОтветитьThe standard is very high.
ОтветитьDoes this show move around the country from year to year? Would love to go some year.
ОтветитьNice Raiden love that airplane.
ОтветитьGreat video and fabulous music selection. The image of all the Messerschmitts while listening to Beethoven’s 9th will stay with me forever. Say hi to Matt. (Luka)
ОтветитьNicely videoed and nicely edited. Thank you.
ОтветитьIt was fun meeting all the people
ОтветитьSaw one of my cars for half a second
