Brimstone Dead on Artak? | Raid: Shadow Legends

Its usually not smart to disagree with your audience but today I have to do it... Spare me the dislikes lol

Before you spend more resources on the path of vengeance I wanted to provide some of my insight and what I've learned after recently acquiring the 5* split soul.

For most players, I believe the benefits of 3* split soul is plenty for Artak. Getting the higher souls is nice but not needed for the majority. I was perfectly fine with 3* for a long time.

If u got a 5 star blessing and soloing use cruelty. If ur on a team and wanna clear stages use soul reap, brimestone is useless because aoe its random never guaranteed. Especially if your ftp and nevwr will get seer duchess lol

Im torn, I didn't make the 5 Star blessing. I only got to the two star. With that in mind which one would be better for the lower blessing? Brimstone or Soul Reap or Cruelty?

Brimstone it's not the worst blessing though, it depends where and on what team u use artak, for me it's been the best since I use artak to farm the dragon , it works really good , and I only have two star artak , so the 5k + health helps me a lot there ... There might be other choices depending where u use him , but to me it's the best till now , so don't offend my brimstone choice 🤪

Brimstone is amazing vs Clan Boss but unfortunately it doesn't always proc with other bosses since they use their A1 or cleanse it before it activates. But one thing great about Brimstone on HP based champions like Artak is they get a HUGE boost of HP from 2* and later levels. That allowed me to go from 14 spider normal to 18 spider normal without the smite itself (just the HP burn damage alone). I only wish there was a way to switch blessings without spending gems to use different ones for different parts of the game

pve without aura on artak blessing's really going to be an adventure killer experiencing with no player experience because of the insane blessing boost

Cruelty is amazing

The reason its smart to use Brimstone on Artak is because of the flat boost to HP...
Even just getting 2 stars that is a flat 5000+ to Artak's HP I got my artak to 6 stars and his HP is at 126,000
Artak = Damage based on HP. Survivability = Based on HP. It makes artak extremely tanky and also do really good damage. Smite means nothing.
I am free to play so i am always hoarding resources. I had everything to get the 6 star for Artak and The damage that Artak is doing now is Insane, The survivability is insane. You get much better stats out of brimstone than anything else, Even having Smite be placed randomly it still makes a huge difference in Hydra.
If you are free to play dont go for fusions its a waste of resources. Tiny events like this to upgrade champions you already have? these are the events to pour resources into.

ARTAK DOES SO MUCH DAMAGE WITH EVEN 1 STAR. THATS WHY I USE HIM IN EVERY TEAM. ALSO THE STATS ARE GREAT

I yhink 18% damage reduction on retaliation with tier 2 light blessing or turn meter boost when adds are resurected (3rd tierwar) are great for ice golem

Reason why Brimstone is not the worst for Artak: Using Artak as your Decrease Attack champ in your Demon Lord team. Not recommended, but for my account it works.

that\s why i went with bone armor

i always ran Smite on multiple champs and they can activate more often especially vs CB.

i only really need smite for extra DMG on CB prior to me being able to run a UK team.

I recommended chainbreaker the video b4, I use it on 2 champs. I'm lucky enough to have a 5 star on artak and nekmo. Artak for solo/duo dungeons and nekmo for hydra, it's works fantastic on both for those areas of the game

Out of curiosity, what would you prioritize on Nekmo if not cruelty for hydra ? I've been using mine in provoke set + cruelty for a long while now

Dude I make sure to have cruelty on all of my hydra teams. Based on your team, go with cruelty for sure.

In your stream i have Seen …smite is Not Good for the Waves, only Bosses…

It's probably a good call out at least one cruelty blessing in your hydra would help. 👍

Ignore the event entirely, because all blessings are worthless and it's a waste of resources to get them.

I'm never running a manual hydra run, so it won't make a difference for brimstone if it's on an all aoe or single target attack champion. In case of Ice Golem, Soul reap sounds better because it kills off the boss much earlier

Still going for the soul because it's way cheaper than actually grinding the essences for a year. I can grind the silver back in a month or so.

100% brimstone for 2* soul. Its still nice damage and especially 5000hp is very nice.
No better 2* blessing.

When discussing blessings obviously it changes massivly depending on what level of blessing you can get, and ofc where you use said champion. And ofc if y ou are endgame or a whale that can buy blessings in shop without any issues. I am neither so 2 star soul is massive help to progress.

I use artak with gnut for many places, so cruelty is useless since it does not stack with gnut.

I take Brimstone because of the flat 5k HP. F2Pers like me don't have god gear nor will we ever 6 full ascended unless extremely lucky.

I had 100% win ratio on IG hard 5 (solo) after giving him brimstone it became like 70%

Heads up, cruelty doesn’t stack with Gnuts defense reduction effect in his kit. Anywhere you use Gnut, cruelty is kind of useless.

What if you only have a 2 star blessing? Does brimstone take priority just for the extra 5k hp?

Im not able to do any of the souls for Artak cuz Gnut took everything :( so if I have only one star soul should I use Brimstone or Soul Reap or Cruelty? I use artak in dungeons (Spider and Golem) and Hydra. Really nice video and thx for doing them so enjoyable <3

I was honestly thinking about taking the Blessing that increases the strength of group Aura, but since I'm not gonna be able to get anything higher than the 3 star Blessing I just took Brimstone. Just the 2 star so far is adding a pretty noticeable damage increase on my CB team so I'm satisfied. Besides, I can always change it in the future 1 time for free.

I think Artak does just fine for me without blessing so I got 1 Lego book and the 2 oils. The rest will be converted to silver.

regen on artak? wtf maine..... he needs speed and acc... his power blows so u have to make his hits count....

Same as all other AoE hydra champs - Cruelty. Significantly lowers the crit damage needed on MAXHP nukers allowing to gear them much faster in reflex/relentless which is by far the most important thing for overall damage output on hydra. Will be using him with Acrizia and Gnuts and I'm expecting to hit +500M on NM.

100% agree. Brimstone is useless for Speedfarming dungeons, soulreap finishes the boss off way faster and more consistently.

I don't like cruelty in any area except clan boss. the hydra heads die pretty easily and the cruelty resets. Yeah, it's some benefit but not worth on a legendary champ.

I am using my artak mainly in hydra and I think i voted for brimston but after this video I will go cruelty LoL

Great video man! Do you have suggestions on blessings for 1 star elva mostly used in hydra? She has no acc as she does not land debuff. The increase aura one seems like such a small increment

Im gonna get the 3 but dont have a 1 or 2. Will have to be patient. On the wishlist. Going miracle heal. Asked my clan about it yesterday, they said brimstone. Glad to see someone else in the chat has mentioned it

2-3 brimstone activations will out dmg all cruelty dmg artak can benefit from...So if artak deals 100k from a hit( and he probably doesnt) thats what? 15k aditional dmg every turn, so he needs like 17 turns to out dmg slightly 1 brimstone + all the turns he needs to get to those 15%..

Cruelty is out for me because I have it on all three of my Hydra Geos. Chainbreaker and Soul Reap are interesting. I will never use him in Spider as I have a 12 second team there.

soul reap is coded as an aoe skill so on hydra it does less damage also

What about Sand Devil? I am going for the 5star soul so that I can see if Artak can replace my ninja in a Sand Devil 24 duo with godseeker, and if that protected smite would improve the time. My ninja is currently only at 425-450 acc, so the increased stats from the blessings will also make the hp burn land more consistently
