Dope Beat
ОтветитьBrilliant.
ОтветитьAce! New sub. Cheers. Lee
ОтветитьIt's a good sampler, but with those minipads I can't handle myself, for finger drumming, I sold the SP404mk2 to get the MC-707 and it's perfect for finger drumming. Also the MC 707 reminds me a lot of the E-Mu SP1200, but with that step sequencer on the panel there is no color, with many more controls on the panel and 8 faders the truth is that I much prefer the MC-707 much more expensive, but much more powerful with its Zen-Core synth.
Thanks for the video, I loved this machine when I had it.
Dope beat. Just ordered mine.
ОтветитьFire 🔥 beat man! These two vocal samples work so well together 😮
ОтветитьHi, when you sample a kick or snare.. do you need to be careful of copywrite or not... I guess no one can see where it came from?
ОтветитьSick beat! Giving mad RZA vibes
ОтветитьHow do I get samples to play back through both left and right sides?
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьI have a question about sampling. Here you are sampling from different vinyl records , even if all this music is in the same key, but the chord progression is different, how can all these semelas be adjusted so that they all sound harmoniously? 🤔
ОтветитьSuperb. Subbed. Cheers. Lee
ОтветитьWhat about copy write??
ОтветитьWow you make it look so easy man !! Gonna follow this tomorrow. You a great teacher and beat maker. 👍
ОтветитьGreat video and beat. 404 should be arriving today and I can't wait to get into doing exactly this kind of thing. Great mastery of the equipment man.
ОтветитьNice. But you left so many of your (good) melodic samples on the floor! Sad.
ОтветитьReally nice drum layering
ОтветитьBUG ISSUE: I’ve seen a few times on Reddit so not isolated to just me. It’s a rather big bug but probably not notice because a lot of users aren’t using the export project/import project function that much - so it’s going under the radar. If you export a project then you try to import it into a pad slot it doesn’t work...sometimes. And sometimes it does work... and sometimes it doesn’t but it’ll work if you try a different slot. The issue has a second tier - When it doesn’t work it still creates a space on the pad you imported to. When you go to “delete project” and try to delete it it doesn’t delete...kinda...It does delete the information but it doesn’t delete the light indicator until you power off on the unit and delete project again...sometime. Lol So basically it works but it’s not stable.
ОтветитьVery nice beat, realy liked the mood in this one. What 6 effects did U have in the final performance?
ОтветитьSounds good!!
ОтветитьThis is how I like boom-bap. Sample-based, crusty, in-your-face and slightly scary. You made it look easy.
ОтветитьWhat’s the song in sample 8? Love the snare
Ответитьstank face ^^
ОтветитьI loved watching this
ОтветитьSick 🤒 😷🔥
ОтветитьI’m a longtime Maschine user. Been contemplating a standalone beat machine for years. What you think about the SP? Is it easy to pitch and time stretch samples? Doing it on Maschine is stupid af and Native Instruments should’ve fixed it years ago.
ОтветитьMan. 🔥. Thank you for another demonstration
ОтветитьIs your input into the sampler coming from the amp or just the turntable
ОтветитьHow did you connect the turntable? Via a dj Mixer or phono pre-amp? Or direct in?
ОтветитьMan..... water couldn't put that FIRE out...... !
ОтветитьHOW did you do the PAD LINK ? I wanted to learn layer sounds
ОтветитьHow did you know the key? Just by ear? Mad skills 🔥
ОтветитьJust curious if someone can talk a little about the overall use of these types of samples in terms of them not being "cleared". I get that everyone enjoys sampling from records for fun, but in the end you can't use these beats commercially or to make money correct?
Ответитьdude. you are opening up my world!
ОтветитьWhat’s your process of recording the samples into your MK2? I’ve been struggling
ОтветитьNice. Brevity and concision make this video a keeper and top tutorial.
ОтветитьNice beat!! I have seen other videos, and your bass drum is quite powerfull. Is this bass drum included in this Sp404?
ОтветитьI've watched this so many times, just noticed the TOOL shirt, hell yea man. Questions: Did you sample straight into the 404? Also do you think there's a viable workflow for sampling into 404 as a means to chop, clean and then send to folders on the computer? Cheers!
ОтветитьThis is awesome! question tho, how to you approach the mixing stage later on since you can't really export separate stems?
ОтветитьHow come you didn't show the start of recording the sample into the sp404mkii?,🤔
ОтветитьDude, you are my new Guru beat making, love ur method
ОтветитьThis is like something big pun would’ve tapped over, great video. I want to buy an SP404 MK2 so trying to learn as much as possible. Can I make beats exclusively off sampling records or do I need software?
Ответитьdope
ОтветитьHow many tracks and bars does this have for sequencing?
Ответить🔥🔥🔥
Ответить🔥💯🙌
ОтветитьThats genius dude
Really dope beat
Could u have done it on a standard sp404 aswell?
