I have 0.8cm bulbul urethral stricture after bad and hard catheraiztion since 2016.

I am going to have a dialation next week or so but with my symptoms I think this will just be a looksee for the reconstructive urologist. Why? I bleed almost every time I pee and often have huge clots that almost will not pass (I push with even my rectal muscles) and often spasm and the clots come out. I am post SBRT for prostate cancer about a year and half out.

atv accident that crushed my penis against the gas tank, months later I couldn't pee. urologist stuck long golf tees inside my thing twice within a few weeks. never again pissing was on fire after the golf tee.. years went on and my penis tip closed. went to er and urologist tried sticking that curved fork in me., told him not gonna happen. went to OR came home with catheter bag and new pee hole. 2008. now piss dripping and all over. hate going back again
