I will say that on controller it is very helpful to have the little you up in the corner. The controller controls can be less than stellar so it makes it very obvious when you’ve gone from moving forward in the water to full on swimming

I just don't understand why we need parity at all, both games should be exactly the same. The whole reason for Bedrock Edition's existence was so that people whose computers couldn't run Java could be able to play Minecraft, as Bedrock was written in C++. Making version-exclusive features was absolutely stupid and defeats the purpose of Bedrock. What was the point of making a version of Minecraft accessible to Java-unfriendly machines, if that version was going to end up different?

They could have added those great thing to Java, but instead they took them away from Bedrock :(

I mean honestly, I still prefer Java mostly for the feel, bedrock never felt right
I only play bedrock because everyone I know doens't have a pc or enough for one
if I had friends who played java more I would always play java only playing bedrock with family and friends who don't have a pc or a way to play java

I'm still extremely miffed that they remove the webs to string recipe. The good parity changes simply aren't enough to make up for the bad parity changes.

i think the most important thing they should do parity is redstone, the sooner they do it the better, it isnt a language limitation, as old console editions had redstone working just like java
