Was going to jump on an do like 5 minutes to just get moving - HA! Couldn't stop! You had me at Build Me Buttercup. Recently started radiation for Stage 2 breast cancer and need to excercise. At a few months from 62, for now, my step aerobics days are behind me and you fit the bill. Love how you can make it as easy or as hard as you want. And I have the attention span of a gnat and the length was perfect and can fit in some yoga or weights or whatever. Thanks, Marion! Namaste
