ОтветитьIv had 5 shoulder surgeries, pretty much all i can do is close to body pushups or if i lay on my back i can some shoulder/chest with dumbells up to 40lb. Very depressing because I have to be so careful
ОтветитьI rid mine in Span of 5 months, cut off all sugary foods and drinks, carbs and salty foods, I do cardio push-up and curls up everyday.

ОтветитьSorry, but the ONLY way to get rid of gynecomastia is via surgery... Feel free to waste your time trying angles, diet or whatever you'd like to try, but eventually you'll realize they are GLANDS that grown larger than they should... sadly surgery is the ONLY real option...

I had a big chest (mussels) in my 20s im smaller now but im leaner i have to stay under 10% or my nipples are more noticeable but at 8% body fat there is nothing tight flat plate chest. Keto diet lots of cardio no alcohol and pain and suffering for a long time how bad do you want it.
Ответить43 years old now. Body has changed some. I can't seem to lose weight if I eat carbs no matter how much gym time is spent. I've been doing intermittent fasting with keto and dropped 87lbs in about 9 months. Boobs have shrunk quite a bit but I've got gyno in my left nipple. Other than surgery do you have any advice? I've taken a couple of different prescription pills and no results.
ОтветитьWatching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!

ОтветитьI had stage 3 gynecomastia and the more you worked out the bigger it got because the muscles pushed the breast tissue more. Surgery was free so Ofcourse I had it done. Now I have a chest lol

Ответить10 minutes for what, you to talk about resistance bands? A proper pushup? Idk. I didn't pick up much. I don't really need this video but I will say pushups are what helped me. Benchpressing is annoying, doesn't seem like it's enough cardio with the weight training. Pushups worked great, engages the core, shoulders, chest, arms, i mean... yeah. It's a great cardio workout for burning that fat which is what he's talking about, and it build the muscle you need and builds core strength for other exercises. Also this dude looks like he's on steroids fyi lol. I dont want to be that puffy you look like a giant marshmellow. I could use a little toning tho... hmm maybe I will get resistance bands. Worth trying something new and it's easy to do at home... Never liked them at the gym tho.

Ответить@Discipline Dave How safe are those resistance bands? What are the chances of that thing snapping from where it's anchored and giving you a severe whip on the back of the neck? I'm a bit concerned about that type of workout equipment, that's why I ask.

ОтветитьIf you're fat. stop eating carbs/sugar. I lost 50 lb in 3 months not going to the gym atall. If you workout expect better results. Steak/eggs/salt/water get hard. Also quit jerking off like a monkey, Semen retention is probably the best thing a man can do.

ОтветитьStop talking rubbish.....you are medicallyi gnorant. Man boobs are not fat but actually fibrous breast tissue. You can't diet exercise or lipo out it is a surgical only procedure.

ОтветитьThe word Diet had a bad name and image when it was associated with extreme weight loss and dysfunctional eating.
In reality Diet is watching what you put in your mouth and not the dysfunctional eating disorder it is normally associated with.
So a healthy diet of only eating what you need (to maintain), eating right (to provide required nutrients) and eating less (to reduce excess weight or counter times of eating too much) without the disorder of extremes is what DIET is.
The funny thing about all this is the scare mongering. If you saw this and were pushing 40 deciding to work on your chest would need maintenance. Like any muscle if you stop cold turkey it turns to fat = moobs.

ОтветитьI had a somewhat decent chest a couple of months ago, but I stopped going to the gym because of my work schedule. I noticed that I had muscle, but there was some body fat preventing me from looking cut. I made a huge mistake by stopping weight training and sticking to mainly cardio. I lost a lot of muscle and developed a skinny fat body. Now I'm trying to get rid of some titties and started doing push-ups to shape my chest all over again.

ОтветитьIf u have hard lumps under your nipples, you have gynocomastia. If it's just fat that's smooshy, it's not. But, if the skin is stretched, you're still going to need cosmetic surgery

You can't just "work it out" - maybe You can get fit but chest will stay "big" in mostly for good. Only option is to hard-muscle-grow-miracle on chest like crazy and ultra low-fat STRICT diet. After maybe 1-2 yrs boobs will look better but they never EVER will just go away. If someone sees boobs on own chest it is already too late for "work-out" - only surgery and after strict diet (because they will grow BACK really fast) will make difference.
How long flame last is it a blind buy
