So your saying that any photo or video that goes through file zila will automatically be accepted to shutterstock due to its size correction and we don’t have to do anything else

is it ok to upload videos but with a background music i attached or just only a raw footage video is allowed? how many minutes allowed to upload in shutterstock maam?

I successfully logged into shutterstock through filezilla but whenever I try to upload a video it says upload failed and Critical file transfer error any suggestions? Solid channel btw, very clear and easy to follow

All transfers have finished. File could not be transferred.
This is what I get all the time.

Shutterstock rejects my videos captured on iPhone X, giving me the following error, I am capturing in 4k, 60 fps and .mov is my file type. We do not currently support the codec of your video. Hi I have uploaded a video on shutter stock and they have rejected during upload due to video height is less than 480 pxel .what does it mean I have shooted video from 8 mega pixel camera. 1280×720 is height and width please let me know what is reason

This was the first time I did this. I tried following your instructions but I couldn't tell what was uploading. I tried placing the files over on the other side like you did but they weren't appearing when I tried to move them. I tried several times and I went to Adobe where I was uploading them and found I had multiple copies uploaded so I had to delete those. I found the best way is to just right click and select upload and believe the file I clicked on is uploaded. Any way I got a confirmation from FileZilla that all files were uploaded. So what did I do wrong?
